The Golden Pheasant (Chrysolophus pictus), or "rainbow pheasant," is a strikingly colorful bird native to dense, mountainous forests in central China. Renowned for the male's brilliant red body, golden crest, and patterned cape, this species is often kept in captivity but is notoriously shy in the wild गोल्डन फीजेंट (क्राइसोलोफस पिक्टस), जिसे "इंद्रधनुषी फीजेंट" भी कहा जाता है, मध्य चीन के घने, पहाड़ी जंगलों में पाया जाने वाला एक बेहद रंगीन पक्षी है। नर पक्षी का चमकीला लाल शरीर इसकी खासियत है।
