Trying out 3d-scanning my minecraft build for the 2nd time since you can't really convert modded blocks accurately to 3d models, scan result still kinda wonky tho. Took 120 ingame 4k screenshots, and converted to model using Agisoft Metashape standard version. Added some basic cables and spikes and ground plane in 3ds max because they weren't scanned well.

Greetings! This is a simulation of a V6 engine, with a cylinder bank angle of 90 degrees and a lower position of the camshaft.
This model includes a comprehensive set of internal components that accurately represent the technical features of an actual engine. However, it does contain simplifications and discrepancies from real-world physical processes, as this is a gaming resource for my project.

V6 car engine with engine [MoreThem]

This large-scale  horizontal and vertical planing machine, also known as 'wallcreeper', was used to accurately create flat surfaces on large pieces of metal. It could plane both horizontal and vertical surfaces without altering the setting of the workplace. 

Manufacturers did a roaring trade when shipbuilders and associated companies placed orders. These machines, however, were built to last. This machine for example, was used in  Renfrew maintenance works of the Clyde Navigation Trust from 1906 until 1984, which shows how reliable such tools were. 

Scottish manufacturers such as Thomas Shanks & Co. produced machine tools for companies worldwide. The scale of Scottish production was huge, and the development of machine tools made the large-scale manufacture of iron and steel ships possible. 




The 3D model was created as a part of ‘Scanning The Horizon’ 3D Digitisation Project.

Dog Skeleton

This 3D model showcases the digestive system of a leech (Class Hirudinea), created for educational and anatomical visualization. It accurately represents the alimentary canal, highlighting the structural adaptations of blood-feeding annelids such as Hirudinaria granulosa.

The model was generated from a series of overlapping photographs processed using photogrammetry software to accurately capture the architectural details, textures, and proportions of the historic building.

The Museum of the City of Bratislava is one of the oldest museums in Slovakia, located in the Old Town beneath Michael’s Gate. Its architecture reflects centuries of urban development and preserves important historical elements of the city.

The goal of this project was to explore the practical workflow of photogrammetry — from image acquisition and alignment to mesh generation, cleanup, and texture optimization — while maintaining as much authentic surface detail as possible.

This scan demonstrates both the strengths and limitations of photogrammetry in real-world conditions, including lighting challenges, occlusions, and complex architectural geometry.

Falsework Structural Support System – Guardhouse Construction
