Through its design language alone, the **Porsche Carrera GT** expresses its truly outstanding performance as an uncompromising, no-nonsense supersports. But contrary to prototypes conceived only for racing, the design of the Carrera GT, despite the re-interpretation of existing features and the use of design elements never seen before, shows a convincing resemblance in design to Porsche's production cars, even providing a certain reminiscence of Porsche's legendary racing cars. The typical Porsche face with the front lid swept back like an arrow and the elevated wheel arches, for example, take up the design of Porsche's legendary sports cars.

A ( London Bridge to Greenwich) railway bridge over Abbey Street, London.

From the blue plaque: "BERMONDSEY ABBEY STREET BRIDGE. Designed by Colonel George Thomas Landmann, Royal Engineers (1780 - 1854).
The bridge is Grade II listed, and the central part was completed in 1836 for the London & Greenwich Railway, London's first railway line."

Abbey Street Railway Bridge

Chiesa San Pietro - Backside Facade  (Tuscania - VT)
San Pietro is a Romanesque and Gothic-style, Roman Catholic church just outside Tuscania, province of Viterbo, region of Lazio, Italy.
Facade of the church
The façade has a large rose window, decked with mosaics, hedged at the corners by the symbols of the four evangelists, and flanked by reliefs with elaborate carvings of plants, menagerie of animals, and a complex iconography of saints and figures of the old testament.
Below is a loggietta and on the ground is a sculpted main portal with a large rounded arch. The nave is flanked by rounded Romanesque arches and leads to a presbytery with a Ciborium for main altar. The presbytery has a geometric mosaic floor. The crypt has gothic tracery.

Millstream Road Viaduct

A bridge with six arches spans the space between two watchtowers. The bridge consists of brick pillars and arches, masonry and a railing, all with individual stone textures. The two watchtowers have each two gates, windows, embrasures and battlements. All visible stones are individually formed bodies with rounded edges and corners.

We found this creature by chance on the 2nd planet in the starsystem B-2513-xtf. We were following an unknown intelligent species, that likely crashed somewhere on the planet. Later searches were unable to find the species but a host of other animal and plant-life, among which this creature.

Among my memorable anecdotes from my construction projects: piloting and installing "umbrella arches":
The Tartaiguille Tunnel is a French railway tunnel on the LGV Méditerranée high-speed line. It is located in the municipalities of La Roche-sur-Grane and Roynac, in the Drôme department, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. It was opened in 2001 by SNCF. The umbrella arch installations were carried out using a 640 SM surveyor and Topo6tem software running on an HP200LX. The device is automatically controlled, as demonstrated by the example of a GEODIMETER SM540 installed on a Baechler console in 1998.

CL1M04 - Modular Pod Car

Dimorphodon is an ambient animal in Carnivores, Carnivores 2, and Carnivores: Dinosaur Hunter.

**reality**

Dimorphodon (from the Greek di, "two," morphe, "form," and odon, "tooth"; "two-formed teeth") is a genus of rhamphorhynchoid pterosaurs from the Early Jurassic, 195 to 190 million years ago. It was named by paleontologist Richard Owen in 1859.

Dimorphodon had a wingspan of approximately 1.4 m and a length of 1 m, including the tail. It had a large, bulky skull, the weight of which was reduced by the presence of large cavities separated by thin bony walls. This structure, reminiscent of the arches of a bridge, led Owen to assert that no other vertebrate had achieved such weight efficiency in its skeletal structure.

Dimorphodon

A limestone fragment identified by John Bradly as part of a sarcophagus (compare the [nearly intact one at the Black Abbey](https://skfb.ly/pHoWt) with trefoil arches) with two arched niches missing their head and a half quatrefoil on the left. The HEV describes one with ogee headed arches and a quatrefoil on the right, but maybe they mean this one, which is why I'm giving its SMR number below.

Compare also to a [similar fragment at Jerpoint Abbey](https://skfb.ly/pvIpv), and there are similar ones at Gowran Collegiate Church (not yet scanned).

St Mary's: sarcophagus fragment

The CL1M07 concept reimagines classic automotive character for today’s urban explorer. Its sculpted bonnet and circular headlights pay homage to heritage design while the low, horizontal grille and precision LED elements give it a contemporary, technical edge.
