Èze has been described as an “eagle's nest” because of its location overlooking a high cliff 427 metres (1,401 ft) above sea level on the French Mediterranean. It is so high that the light ochre church within (Notre Dame de l’Assomption built in 1764) can be seen from afar. Enigma machines were designed to create complex coded messages that were almost impossible to crack. The Germans considered the Enigma code to be unbreakable, but mathematicians in Poland, France and the UK developed advanced techniques that broke the Enigma code, helping to shorten the war. Today mathematics is at the heart of all computer security – as well as attempts to break it.

The Temple of Eshmun (Arabic: معبد أشمون‎) is an ancient place of worship dedicated to Eshmun, the Phoenician god of healing. It is located near the Awali river, 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) northeast of Sidon in southwestern Lebanon. The site was occupied from the 7th century BC to the 8th century AD, suggesting an integrated relationship with the nearby city of Sidon. Hore Abbey is a ruined Cistercian monastery near the Rock of Cashel, County Tipperary, Ireland. It was founded by the Benedictine order in 1266. This model includes both the exterior and interior spaces, generated using a combination of aerial and ground photography (1500 images total). 

Most of the abbey was built in the thirteenth century, however many changes were made to the buildings in the fifteenth century including the addition of the tower in the centre of the transept. The cruciform church comprised, in addition to the chancel, a nave with aisles and two chapels to the east of each transept. The nave is exceptionally plain and the overall design is a perfect example of the conservative approach of the Cistercians. Hore was the only Cistercian monastery in Ireland where the cloister was positioned to the north of the abbey.  The ruins are now surrounded by fields of sheep and cattle and can be accessed by the public.

Wikipedia : The Hanging Temple, also Hanging Monastery or Xuankong Temple (simplified Chinese: 悬空寺; traditional Chinese: 懸空寺; pinyin: Xuánkōng Sì) is a temple built into a cliff (75 m or 246 ft above the ground) near Mount Heng in Hunyuan County, Datong City, Shanxi province, China.
Built more than 1,500 years ago, this temple is notable not only for its location on a sheer precipice but also because it is the only existing temple with the combination of three Chinese traditional religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism.

Around 1750, the estate belonged to Johann Josef Count Khevenhüller. In 1762, Fabius Ricci ran a cloth shearing business there, which is why it became known as the “Riccian estate”. After several changes of ownership, Johann Heinrich Geymüller acquired the castle in 1797, had it renovated, extended it to include a Meierhof and bought the Pötzleinsdorf estate in 1802.

Some buildings from this period have been preserved, including the temple, also known as Preindl-Salettl - named after Maria Preindl, Geymüller's mistress. Writer Salomon Mosenthal (1821-1877) used it as a place to work during his summer stays in Pötzleinsdorf. The palace and park were once an important center of cultural and social life.

Traditional representation of a cow, powerfully linked to Sugawara no Michizane, japanese poet and politician from the 9th century (Heian Period of Japan). If you want to learn more about this character, I found an interesting japanese blog that wrote [about him](http://kansai-odyssey.com/sugawara-no-michizane-japans-famous-scholar/) .

At the Michizane funerals, the cow pulled the coffin of Michizane. Possessed by his spirit, the cow then layed down during the procession, at the place where he wanted his soul to rest.

Bust of a rhetorician, 200-235 CE, minor asia, Smyrna ('Diana's Bath'), marble, Cinquentenaire Museum (Brussels, Belgium). Made with ReMake and ReCap from Autocad.

This portrait is preserved, as its counterpart, in an exceptional way: the nose is intact, the polish of the flesh on the forehead still visible, the bust, the tablet and its base those of origin. Moreover, the quality of the execution is remarkable. The two men have the bare chest, one shoulder covered with a drape in the Greek fashion, thus indicating their will to be represented as scholars.

Standing offshore from the island of Naxos in the Cycladic archipelago, the Temple of Apollo or Portara is an unfinished temple facing Delos, the birthplace of the Ancient Grecian god Apollo. Myth has it that the small island was the spot where Ariadne, the Minoan princess was abandoned by her lover, Theseus after he killed the Minotaur.
Conceived by the tyrant Lygdamis, the temple was intended to be the largest building in all of Greece however he was overthrown in 506 BCE and the project was abandoned. The temple was later converted into a church in the 5th and 6th centuries, but by the time the island of Naxos came under Venetian and Ottoman rule, the church was dismantled. The only part of the structure that remains today are parts of the foundation and the large monumental doorway.

The Nicolaus Copernicus Monument in Kraków, Poland was designed by sculptor Cyprian Godebski in 1899 and completed in 1900. It has become a landmark of the city, as it commemorates one of the most famous alumni of the Jagiellonian University of Kraków.

Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) was a Renaissance scientist and scholar. His heliocentric model of the universe was revolutionary and contributed greatly to the emergence and development of modern science. He was an astronomer, mathematician, translator, physician, economist, and had a doctorate in canon law. A true polymath, or "Renaissance man", whose life and work has become a part of cultural heritage of the world.

The 3D model features the monument of Copernicus wearing a purple bowtie. It was put on it as a part of an artistic happening organized by the University’s students to promote upcoming Juvenalia, a yearly student festival celebrating youth culture, freedom of expression and creativity.

A 3d scan made from photos taken in 2019 by Abi Glen and Jennifer Wexler whilst on the AHRC post doctoral creative economy engagement fellowships. Processed in November 2022 by Daniel Pett in Capturing Reality. This represents a Baroque dining table scene from the Feast and Fast exhibition held at the Fitzwilliam Museum in 2019-2020 curated by Vicky Avery and Melissa Calaresu. The table is the work of the great Ivan Day.
