This model shows the external anatomy of the human heart.  The annotations reflect general features of the heart, with 3D models on coronary vasculature of the heart soon to come.


The model was created from scratch in ZBrush as part of my MSc Medical Art course at the University of Dundee.  It is part of a educational resource project to aid students' learning in the vasculature of the heart, where a 3D printed model has also been created to be used as a comparison for Dundee University's Thiel Cadaver Facility, where the hearts can become quite flat during embalming. 


The project is in collaboration with Mr. Luke Reid, Lecturer in Human Anatomy at the University of Dundee, who confirmed anatomical accuracy of the model. Credit also goes to 3D4medical as my main source of reference and inspiration.

Venom, codenamed VNM-252, is a character in the Marvel's Spider-Man video game series, serving as an antagonist in Marvel's Spider-Man 2.
It is an alien symbiote that bonds with human bodies to use as hosts. The symbiote briefly appears in the endings of both the first game and Miles Morales, where Harry Osborn was confirmed to be its host. After temporarily leaving Harry to bond with Peter Parker, it eventually returns to Harry, becoming Venom.

The Pula Arena (Croatian: Pulska Arena; Italian: Arena di Pola) is a Roman amphitheatre located in Pula, Croatia. It is the only remaining Roman amphitheatre to have four side towers entirely preserved. It was constructed between 27 BC and AD 68, and is among the world’s six largest surviving Roman arenas. The Arena was built between 27 BC and 68 AD, as the city of Pula became a regional centre of Roman rule, called Pietas Julia. The building is named after the sand (Latin harena) that once covered the inner, performance area. It was built outside the town walls along the Via Flavia, the road from Pula to Aquileia and Rome. The amphitheatre was first built in timber during the reign of Augustus (2–14 AD). It was replaced by a small stone amphitheatre during the reign of emperor Claudius. In 79 AD it was enlarged to accommodate gladiator fights by Vespasian and to be completed in 81 AD under emperor Titus. This was confirmed by the discovery of a Vespasian coin in the malting.

Anphitheatre Pula | Pula Arena | CROATIA

This is a 3D animation of a live harbor porpoise ("Freja", Female, Total Length of 155.5 cm) that was recreated using a combination of photogrammetry, photography and video.  This work was done in collaboration with Peter Madsen and Fredrik Christensen from the University of Aarhaus, CG artist Johnson Martin and others. The Fjord Baelt in Denmark kindly allowed us access to the animal.

Mesh accuracy was confirmed through correlation between digital and live measures.

**Pteranodon ignifalcis: A Breakthrough in Pterosaur Pigmentation**

In 2025, paleontologist Dr. Celeste Navarro led a multidisciplinary team in the Flaming Cliffs region of Mongolia, uncovering a remarkably preserved pterosaur specimen. Named *Pteranodon ignifalcis*—“Fire-Sickle Wing”—this Late Cretaceous flyer exhibited elongated cranial crests, clawed feet, and pigment-bearing integument with iridescent orange and teal hues.

Spectroscopic analysis revealed nanostructures consistent with structural coloration, marking the first confirmed evidence of iridescence in pterosaurs. The find suggests that visual signaling may have played a role in mating or territorial behavior, challenging prior assumptions of muted coloration in aerial reptiles. *P. ignifalcis* reshapes our understanding of pterosaur ecology, offering new insight into the evolution of flight, display, and sensory adaptation in prehistoric skies.

Modeled from images of a real specimen. The Baiji (Lipotes vexillifer) is a species of river dolphin native to the Yangtze river in China. It is listed by IUCN as "critically endangered: possibly extinct" with no confirmed sightings in over 20 years. Baiji were declared functionally extinct in 2006. Base model created with AI tools, then sculpted/ edited in Blender for scientific accuracy.

A interpertation/recreation of the federal signal 500/550 DHTT (Dual horn Two Tone) Air raid siren. This was requested by @asc.t135 and includes a federal signal 500 of 550 DHTT air raid siren with a rotatore and single motor inside of the circular housing atop compared to the half circle on the average 500 SH or SHTT model.

   This on Wikipedia (Not what I usually use but I HAD TO DUE TO SO LITTLE 500 DHTT RECOURCES) said it was unfonfirmed to have a thunderbolt style rotator So I did what I do best and Made a version of it that would instead be belt driven and is connected to the siren either way.

   This was hard to make, not because I Couldn't model it or didn't have the recources to model it but because I scoured the internet for manuals & other stuff in a short period of time and decided to just go and search it in google and use the Wikipedia link and looked at the rotator's unconfirmed specs.

Better than nothing tho.

Rectangular limestone block with carved image of a profiled figure, seated on the head of what appears to be a terrestrial monster. A hieroglyphic band runs along the upper frame, with a secondary band in front of the figure. This object may represent a piece carved by a pre-Hispanic apprentice, as other practice blocks have been documented; however, this information requires confirmation.

Neil is a Character From The Railway Series, His First Appearance Was in Very Old Engines Where He Helped To Ferry Skarloey From The Harbour at Kirk Ronan To His Home at The Skarloey Railway Terminus of Crovan's Gate. He Warned Skarloey About The Troublesome Trucks and The Two Became Friends. 

Skarloey Described Him as "Ugly But Kind". 

We Never Heard of Him Again Until in 2025, Christopher Awdry Confirmed That Neil is Still Alive and Still in Working Condition on The Island of Sodor.

Modeled from images of a real specimen. The Ivory-billed Woodpecker (Campephilus principalis) was one of the largest woodpeckers in North America, native to the southeastern United States and parts of Cuba. It declined rapidly in the late 1800s and early 1900s due to extensive logging of old-growth forests and overhunting. Although occasional unconfirmed sightings have been reported, it is widely considered extinct, with the last widely accepted records dating to the mid-20th century. Base model created with AI tools, then sculpted/edited in Blender for scientific accuracy.

Scientists have officially classified the structure known as the “Elf House” as *Amanita habitus domesticus*, a rare symbiotic organism blending fungal biology with architectural function. First documented in 2024 during a biodiversity survey in the Pacific Northwest, the organism appears to grow its own living quarters, complete with bioluminescent window‑like pores and a hardened lignin‑rich stem that forms a stable dwelling chamber.
