The Convenience Store

Butrón (Basque: Butroeko gaztelua) is a castle located in Gatika, in the province of Biscay, in northern Spain. It dates originally from the Middle Ages, although it owes its present appearance to an almost complete rebuilding begun by Francisco de Cubas (also known as Marqués de Cubas) in 1878. The castle has a fairy-tale look about it inspired by Bavarian castle models. The present building was created as a hobby for its then owner and to create something which is visually spectacular rather than to produce something in which people could actually live. Featured with useful facial shapekeys, a full set of (sort of...?) PBR textures and a convenient rig generated by Rigify.  
Requires Blender 4.1 (or above) to work with.  

**Note: Do not use miyako_viewer.fbx as it's for sketchfab previewing only, lacking of vertex weights and shapekeys etc. Utilize the .blend file instead.**

Mira | Fortnite | Kpop Demon Hunters 3D Model

All of the inconveniences of a food truck with none of the mobility, it's the bar and restaurant that appeals to only one specific type of person (the train hipster). 

It has a few props that can be lifted and dropped into other scenes like cardboard boxes, metal shelving, kegs and faucets, metal gas tanks, kitchen cookers and utensils, and some disposable dishware. The train car itself could be used in a subway scene with a few simple modifications.

Human Body

One of the catacombs entries. Convenient entries like this one are pretty rare, and usually locked (being only used by the police and the Geological Inspection Dept (*Inspection Générale des Carrières*).

Most of the catacombs galleries in the *Grand Reseau Nord* are about 60 ft beneath the surface, though there are galleries that run even deeper (down to 90 ft deep).
