Destroyed Car 07 (Raw Scan)

The wreck of Sir Ernest Shacketons Endurance was discovered on March 5, 2022 more than 3000m under water in the Wedell Sea.
Endurance sank in 1915 after it was enclosed and crushed by ice and was given up by the crew.

Black widow:

Description
The adult spider is black. 

Females have a characteristic red hourglass-shaped spot on the underside of the abdomen and several red spots near the spider webs and on the back. The body length of the female is 8–10 mm. 

Males differ from females in their small size (3–4 mm in length) and elongated abdomen (in females it is round). The legs of males are painted in orange and black stripes, and there are red and white marks on the sides of the abdomen. 

Young spiderlings are white or yellowish-white and darken with each subsequent molt. 

Habitat
Black widows prefer warm regions: Central Asia, Southern Europe, North Africa. 

Habitat: steppes and deserts, ravine slopes, rodent burrows, soil cracks, under rocks and in plant roots. 

Danger to humans
The black widow is not aggressive towards humans and bites them only for self-defense in a desperate situation (for example, if the spider is crushed by hand).
