The neon LED sign is acting as an animated texture.  The texture isn't actually animated, but rather it is cycling through several textures and putting the live one in front of the others at the right time.  The frame is just a low-poly blackish material so to be game-ready.

If you are using this for a game, probably just pick one of the textures if you don't want to animate it.

My final assigment for the 3D1 course  at howest DAE.

A russian house inside the Tagia forest. Inside lives a man with a strong passion for drinking. A passion so strong it even influences the animals surrounding him.

I loved making all those cool little props and especially enjoyed making the house and plants and placing them around the scene. There are about 8 little storytelling scenes inside this scene, try finding them all:D 

everything was done in Blender and Photoshop.

DAE Diorama - Forest Loner

The Mil Mi-24 (Russian: Миль Ми-24; NATO reporting name: Hind) is a large helicopter gunship, attack helicopter and low-capacity troop transport with room for eight passengers. It is produced by Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant and has been operated since 1972 by the Soviet Air Force and its successors, along with more than 30 other nations.
In NATO circles, the export versions, Mi-25 and Mi-35, are denoted with a letter suffix as "Hind D" and "Hind E". Soviet pilots called the Mi-24 the "flying tank" (летающий танк; letayushchiy tank), a term used historically with the famous World War II Soviet Il-2 Shturmovik armored ground attack aircraft. More common unofficial nicknames were "Crocodile" (Крокодил; Krokodil), due to the helicopter's camouflage scheme and "Drinking Glass" (Стакан; Stakan), because of the flat glass plates that surround earlier Mi-24 variants' cockpits.

This bowl with an X-shaped handle can be dated to c. 50 BC-200 AD, i.e., [Late Pre-Roman Iron Age or Early Roman Iron Age](https://bit.ly/3vucSEX). It was found in [Gårdby parish](https://bit.ly/3hrP1gS) on the island of Öland. It belongs to a type of fine ware with carefully polished surface and a delicately incised décor. The black surface is a result of firing in a reducing atmosphere, in other words, the oxygen supply has been restricted during the firing. It is made in a style typical for Southern Scandinavia, Northern Germany and Poland. The bowl has probably been used as a drinking vessel at feasts, dinners and during rituals.

Two characters, identified as the Hero Twins, hold a bundle possibly containing ritual paraphernalia such as a feather headdress and a mask or trophy head as part of a ritual attire. One of them, identified as Jun Ahaw, is distinguished by the marks on his shoulders and holds the objects in an offering position. The other character, who could be Yax Balam, holds what might be a waterlily. Both wear feather headdresses with a waterlily flower. The text indicates that it is a vessel for drinking cacao, probably a "frothy" drink. Due to its characteristics, this vessel could have been made in a pottery workshop along the San Pedro Mártir River or further south, and dedicated to a noble or a namesake of the last ruler of Dos Pilas.
