Submerged Era

This colossal statue of the Nile was found in 1513 in Campo Marzio where it was probably part of the decoration of the Iseo Campense, dedicated to the Egyptian deities Isis and Serapis. The river is shown as a venerable old man stretched out on his side with a cornucopia of fruit in his left arm and ears of wheat in his right hand. Egypt is represented by the presence of a sphinx. The scene is enlivened by sixteen children who allude to the sixteen cubits of water by which the Nile rises for its annual flood.

This bronze cast was made after a Roman marble statue in the Musei Vaticani, Rome and donated to the city of Copenhagen by the Albertina Foundation.

Photogrammetry capture of Southwark Borough Control bunker under the community plot at the corner of Vestry Road and Peckham Road, London.

These borough control centres were built during the cold war as a place to continue local government during an attack. Few survive in London today so this is a rare 3D record of one such bunker although it is in very poor condition, with flooding throughout.

3240 photos taken in May 2021 with a Sony a6000 and processed in Reality Capture.
Bunker was pitch black so 7 LED camping lights and one LED diffuse panel were used for lighting.

Shadow Flame Mantis

Roman Bridge, Deer Street, Piercebridge. These are remains of a bridge which once led to Piercebridge Roman Fort. The bridge consisted of at least 5 piers but the northern end has not been discovered despite an intensive search. As the river course moved northwards the southern end became supported by debris left by river floods and the piers were robbed and replaced by a causeway in the early 2nd century AD, dating evidence for which is a coin of Hadrian and early 2nd century pottery. This site is now in the care of English Heritage (2011).

Azov (Russian: Азов; Russian pre-reform: Азовъ) was a 74-gun ship of the line of the Imperial Russian Navy. Azov was built in 1826 to compensate the losses of the disastrous 1824 Saint Petersburg flood. In the same year Azov, commanded by Mikhail Lazarev, became the flagship of Admiral Login Geiden's First Mediterranean Squadron and sailed to the Aegean on a joint English-French-Russian peacekeeping mission. On October 20 [O.S. October 8] 1827 Azov spearheaded the Russian squadron in the Battle of Navarino. She engaged numerous enemy ships and sustained heavy damage.

**Assessment of a Model Marine Hovercraft (ACV-Mk1)**

The ACV-Mk1 is a 1:20 scale model of a marine hovercraft, or Air-Cushion Vehicle (ACV), designed to travel over water, land, and mud by riding on a cushion of air. This reduces friction and enables smooth, amphibious movement across multiple surfaces.

In the maritime industry, hovercraft are used for search and rescue, military transport, coastal patrol, and operations in shallow or flooded areas where conventional vessels cannot operate effectively.

The model demonstrates the core working principle using a lift system, thrust system, and steering mechanism.

Key advantages include amphibious capability, high maneuverability, and access to difficult terrains. However, limitations include high power consumption, reduced performance in rough seas, noise, and skirt maintenance challenges.

3D Model Scale Marine Hovercraft

Wolfram is the corrupt doctor overseeing aqua therapy at the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, now warped into a nightmarish looping hospital. At first he seems calm, friendly, and relaxed, welcoming patients into the bathhouse. That facade quickly crumbles: Wolfram is revealed to be callous, manipulative, and intolerant of those who defy his orders, even chasing and sedating the protagonist to “clean” them. Rumors in the Klinik hint he was fired for abusing patients yet escaped justice and was rehired under Dr. Randolph’s regime. In the bathhouse he can transform into grotesque, towering forms—either a giant showerhead that floods rooms or a giant brusher that relentlessly pursues you—making him one of the most disturbing threats you face. Wolfram embodies the perversion of care and the abuse of power that defines Heilwald’s descent into horror.

Coorta was a miner at the Peragus Mining Facility in 3951 BBY, known for smuggling blasters, spice, and grenades. Seeking profit, he planned to sell the exiled Jedi Meetra Surik to the Exchange, which offered a bounty on Jedi. Surik had arrived unconscious aboard the Ebon Hawk, brought by T3-M4, along with a hidden HK-50 assassin droid posing as a maintenance officer.

learning Surik’s identity, Coorta conspired with other miners to capture and sell her, despite opposition from Foreman Sien and intervention by the Administration Officer, who tried contacting the Republic to send Surik to Telos IV. HK-50 manipulated Coorta, promising help while plotting to eliminate witnesses. Using the maintenance officer’s voice, the droid ordered mining droids to attack, triggered explosions, locked down the facility, and sabotaged ventilation, flooding dormitories with toxic fumes.

HK-50 betrayed Coorta, reversed turbolift codes, and ordered mining droids to kill him and his fellow conspirators.

Painting

This is a modern two story building with a combination of traditional and contemporary design elements. The structure features large glass panels allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces complemented by solid walls that provide privacy and structural integrity.
