Hello everyone! It's been a while since I last posted a model on Sketchfab. So here I come with an old dirty english village street. It may be a bit long to load due to the size of the scene, so please be patient!
Textures come from https://share.allegorithmic.com and https://www.textures.com. I used http://cpetry.github.io/NormalMap-Online/ for the normal and roughness maps creation. http://optimizilla.com was pretty useful to drastically reduce the weight of the image textures without loss. I finally added some sounds from https://freesound.org.

After the rain... - VR & Sound

This is a wooden acupuncture model made in Japan in 1681. It was probably used to train students of acupuncture, a part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In acupuncture, practitioners insert fine needles into the skin of a patient, at precise positions called acupuncture points. The model shows these points, marked with Japanese characters, along lines called meridians, which are also shown on the model.

Full-body Cyberpunk Girl

An alarming crossing sign wakes you up. Having no recollection of where you are or how you got here, you feel confused. An empty train station surrounded by a calm ocean as far as the eye can see. In the distance a red box gradually increases in size. You make it out to be a train riding on top of the water as it gets closer. Once it neared the station, the train comes to a complete stop at the platform's edge, letting out a bellowing whistle of steam. The doors unlatch and invitingly open themselves. You patiently wait for people to get off, but realize that there are no passengers onboard. Something in your head urges you to step into the train. Do you choose to part take on this journey?

Nazo no eki (Mystery Station)

Relief representation of a visit to a patient. The stone relief, which is reminiscent of the former Mautner Markhof'sche children's hospital, shows a doctor taking the pulse of a girl. The depiction is located within a window-like frame decorated with flower garlands and a woman's mask. The relief was created by Carl Kundmann and dates from 1873.

Location ripped from **The Evil Within** game (the ending of chapter 4, The Patient), including the large bloodpool, the morgue and the service zone. The doors, water and elevator are included as a separate objects.

The scene has been composed in Unreal Engine from original game assets and exported to fbx.  Here is a model with compressed textures, but you can download original **FBX** with uncompressed tga textures and all normal maps from my website (check my profile)

Blood Pool  Location

A farm cow—known to overly dramatic pasture biologists as Bovinus mooicus contemplatus—is the calm philosopher of the barnyard. It grazes with slow, deliberate focus, turning sunlight and grass into quiet strength. Its steady hooves press soft paths through the field, and its low, resonant moo drifts across the farm like a warm foghorn. Patient, sturdy, and unhurried, the cow anchors the daily rhythm of rural life, offering milk, manure, and a gentle presence that steadies the whole landscape.

Palpatine moves through the Republic like a patient spider at the center of an unseen web. Publicly, he is a mild, deliberate senator from Naboo—measured, sympathetic, and seemingly devoted to democracy. In secret, as Darth Sidious, he engineers crisis after crisis, exploiting fear, trade disputes, and political paralysis to erode trust in the Senate.

He cultivates allies and pawns alike, guiding ambitious leaders and disillusioned Jedi into positions that serve his design. Every conflict strengthens his argument for greater authority, every emergency another thread tightening around the galaxy. Calm, soft-spoken, and inscrutable, he advances not with armies at first, but with whispers—reshaping the Republic from within while no one suspects the hand directing the storm.

SWJA Movie Duels: Darth Sidious(hidden)

To me, a really great thing about Valcamonica rock art is that there is a chronology - it is dateable.  The styles of the figures can be fitted in to defined periods.  An immense amount of research over many years has gone into achieving this. Importantly, a huge volume of detailed, patient analyses of superimpositions has confidently revealed the relative chronologies of the different typology groups of the human figures & their associated weaponry can give reasonably certain absolute dates by comparison with firmly dated examples from excavation sites. 

Here I noted three distinctive figures of differing types, close to each other on Rock 24.  On the annotations I have given my own assessment of their typologies & given a date for each figure - which I accept, may be incorrect.  It is great fun & very rewarding trying to do this and building knowledge & experience in the process (well, if like me you like that sort of thing!).

Heideltraut is a major antagonist in the 2022 indie horror game The Heilwald Loophole. As the nurse in charge of the sick ward at the ominous Heilwald Klinikum, she presents as a strict, seemingly caring caretaker fiercely protective of her patients. Haunted by her heavy workload and the Klinik’s terrifying experiments, she’s become a wrathful, relentless guardian who pursues intruders with immense strength and thunderous stomps. Though knowledgeable in medicine, her methods are twisted—she’s implied to sedate and neglect patients to keep them quiet rather than heal them. Heideltraut never speaks, yet her presence looms large: she cannot be harmed or escaped from in her domain and will headbutt or throw the protagonist to block progress until you’re caught. Her mutated form and furious defense of the sick ward embody the horrific corruption of the Klinikum’s staff.

The Heilwald Loophole: Nurse Heideltraut

Dr. Joseph Randolph is the main antagonist of the indie horror game The Heilwald Loophole. As the egotistical chief doctor of the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, he promises that “no one dies at Heilwald” — a creed he twists into horrific reality by trapping the hospital in brutal time loops and subjecting patients and staff to grotesque experimentation and abuse. Charismatic at first, Randolph hides his cruelty behind a calm facade while manipulating, injuring, and torturing those under his care. His unethical “treatments” include removing organs and bizarre procedures that break all medical oaths, reflecting his lack of empathy and genuine medical skill. Behind his politeness lies a remorseless, self-serving madman whose actions spawn the hospital’s monstrosities. In the finale, Randolph’s corruption transforms him into a massive, horrifying creature, and the protagonist must exploit the time loop to defeat him, ending his reign of suffering.

The Heilwald Loophole: Dr. Joseph Randolph

Wolfram is the corrupt doctor overseeing aqua therapy at the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, now warped into a nightmarish looping hospital. At first he seems calm, friendly, and relaxed, welcoming patients into the bathhouse. That facade quickly crumbles: Wolfram is revealed to be callous, manipulative, and intolerant of those who defy his orders, even chasing and sedating the protagonist to “clean” them. Rumors in the Klinik hint he was fired for abusing patients yet escaped justice and was rehired under Dr. Randolph’s regime. In the bathhouse he can transform into grotesque, towering forms—either a giant showerhead that floods rooms or a giant brusher that relentlessly pursues you—making him one of the most disturbing threats you face. Wolfram embodies the perversion of care and the abuse of power that defines Heilwald’s descent into horror.

Remus Lupin is introduced in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban as the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor at Hogwarts. Quiet, intelligent, and compassionate, he quickly becomes one of Harry’s most trusted mentors and the most beloved teacher the students have ever had. Despite his gentle nature and deep wisdom, Lupin carries a painful secret: he is a werewolf, bitten as a child, which causes him to live with constant prejudice and isolation. Because of this stigma he struggles to find work and often lives in poverty, yet he remains humble, patient, and fiercely moral. Lupin was also a member of the Marauders and later fought bravely in the Order of the Phoenix against Voldemort. He eventually married Nymphadora Tonks and had a son, Teddy. During the Battle of Hogwarts, Lupin died fighting the Death Eaters, killed by Antonin Dolohov. His life is remembered as one of quiet courage, kindness, and sacrifice.

The Eryxian Archspider is simply the jungle’s immune system given terrible, patient, and infinitely adaptive form. Its “offspring” carry fragments of every swarm the Archspider has ever touched: venomous beetle drones, strangling vine serpents, burrowing fungal horrors, and worse. The young do not hatch as spiders; they become whatever the jungle currently needs most. Reclamation: Any creature or object killed or destroyed near it has a chance to be partially absorbed; the spider gains temporary bonuses or new abilities based on what it consumes.

Patient On Bed

Eduard Sauer — better known as Chef Sauer — is the grizzled, foul-tempered kitchen chief of the Heilwald Klinikum in the horror game The Heilwald Loophole. Once a mere cook with terrible hygiene, Sauer now suffers a nightmarish fate: cursed to boil alive in a massive pot and serve his own flesh as “Fleischsuppe” to the hospital’s broken patients. His surly attitude, constant swearing, and grotesque culinary failures make him infamous throughout Heilwald; even seasoned the player faint at the taste of his soup. Though loathed, there’s tragic depth beneath the rage — the Ominous Voice suggests his misery and eternal suffering have warped him into both a feared menace and a pitiful figure. Trapped in this ironic punishment, Chef Sauer embodies grotesque body horror and dark comedy, serving as an unforgettable, sympathetic antagonist whose culinary “skills” are as deadly as his cursed fate.

Nurse Anne is the unnerving caretaker of the electroshock therapy ward at the twisted Heilwald Klinikum, a surreal mental hospital where time loops and grotesque transformations blur the lines between care and cruelty. Once known for helping patients feel at ease with laughter, Anne has become unhinged by the clinic’s corruption and now administers cruel electroconvulsive treatments with a manic grin, constantly shocking herself as she works. Her long, uncanny arms and buzzing, electric presence make her both a terrifying foe and a tragic reminder of how far the hospital has fallen. Anne embodies the horror of overtreatment: she treats suffering with brutality disguised as therapy, fearlessly bursting through doors to pursue intruders, defying common sense and medical ethics alike.

I was a little disappointed with how this turned out in the end. The zbrush sculpt had so many nice details but they all kind of got lost when I had to get the low-poly so low. I'm not the most patient when it comes to making nice low rez sculpts with good topo.
