I am absolutely  not an animator, and this thing was a pain to finish haha ^^ But it ended up not that bad I hope :p

Robot Playground

I tried making 3D model based on some artwork again.

This character is from a card deck-building turn-based Rpg game called "Library of Ruina" that I was playing

This model is very different than what I usually do, Because it's a male character, has proper body proportion, and It also has kind of a water/paint texture style unlike cel shading I usually do, So it's quite difficult to try making the 3D model accurate.


The result? Well, not as good as I had hoped, 
For some reason, I just can't make his face looks correct no matter how hard I am tired. I'm unfamiliar with this body type so I'm probably unable to plan properly.

[Library of Ruina] Roland

After The God Particle...

Going on with some tests for the animation of an underwater scene, this time playing with particle system and forces in blender (with which I am not very familiar). 

The particle system I used to create this shoal of fish is set with a simple fish model (same as [Abstract aquarium](https://skfb.ly/6ypzL)) as render object. 

The fish particle system was set to a "**Boids**" physics, and tweaking parameters gave the unique fish a smooth movement. A **vortex force field** was then added to the scene to create the swirling motion on the particles. I also added a collision domain (as a cube) to make sure that no fish went outside of a specified volume, but it proved unnecessary...

I still have to figure out how to properly export keyframed animations to a fbx file, as the only file I managed to obtain was a 120MB one (for a < 100 tris fish model). A python script which has helped me is [here](https://blender.stackexchange.com/a/7142), but it does not pass the export phase very well...

The Fish Particle

This diorama is designed to create feelings of nostalgia and transport viewers back to the era of elegant and adventurous travel. The diorama features detailed leather seats, wooden panels, a small table with various vintage travel props such as a Rolleiflex camera, an antique pocket watch, a weathered travel journal, a folded map, and a classic red suitcase placed on a seat. The cabin is animated to simulate the train moving, with a window displaying the passing landscape of the Alps. The primary goal was to create an authentic and engaging 3D environment that highlights the aesthetics of the 1930s travel experience.

A generic doctor, for the sketchfab weekly, sadly I didnt finish in time. Also I wouldnt say its finished, theres still a lot that can be improved. 
I think this is the first human character I've made in over a decade, it kind of looks like a toy.
1024x body texture, and a 512x for the head. Could have reduced the poly count by removing the shirt parts you cant see over the coat, it has AO baked on so if you took the coat off, it'd just be black texture. 
I think I could be playing with the rigging forever, so I called it here, I also re-learned the importance of good loops....

I have been playing Outer Wilds in anticipation for her next playthrough and actually playing it myself left me really inspired! So naturally making a space ame is the way to go. I have been playing Destiny since day 1 of the first game, and this is the first piece of fanart that I have ever done for it. I really like the look of my hunter, and I knew I wanted to make him stand out through some kind of simple smoke effect. With these in mind I started modeling, and then hand painting the bust. It was fun trying to come up with ways to capture different materials, lighting, and picking which elements to include versus the ones to exclude. Overall, this was a really fun piece to do, and I'm looking forward to doing more like this in the future!!
