Arc de Triomphe, Paris

The Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile; lit. 'Triumphal Arch of the Star') is one of the most famous monuments in Paris, France, standing at the western end of the Champs-Élysées at the centre of Place Charles de Gaulle, formerly named Place de l'Étoile—the étoile or "star" of the juncture formed by its twelve radiating avenues. The location of the arc and the plaza is shared between three arrondissements, 16th (south and west), 17th (north), and 8th (east). The Arc de Triomphe honours those who fought and died for France in the French Revolutionary and Napoleonic Wars, with the names of all French victories and generals inscribed on its inner and outer surfaces. Arc de Triomphe

Monument to the founder of the Soviet Union, the revolutionary leader Vladimir Lenin (1870-1924) was unveiled on 21 January 1952 in Tartu on a square in front of what was then the Estonian Agricultural Academy. This was also where a concrete statue of Lenin used to stand. The bronze Lenin stood on a granite base and the monument weighted almost four tones. The Estonian Defence League took it down in the early morning of 23 August 1990, on the 51st anniversary of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. A criminal case was brought against the people who took down the monument, but the city government decided not to put Lenin back in its old spot. For years, the statue stood in the yard of a waste disposal company. A plan by the Keila City Government to melt the bronze down and use the material to restore a statue of Martin Luther did not find support. The monument was brought to the Estonian History Museum in 2005.

The Nicolaus Copernicus Monument in Kraków, Poland was designed by sculptor Cyprian Godebski in 1899 and completed in 1900. It has become a landmark of the city, as it commemorates one of the most famous alumni of the Jagiellonian University of Kraków.

Nicolaus Copernicus (1473-1543) was a Renaissance scientist and scholar. His heliocentric model of the universe was revolutionary and contributed greatly to the emergence and development of modern science. He was an astronomer, mathematician, translator, physician, economist, and had a doctorate in canon law. A true polymath, or "Renaissance man", whose life and work has become a part of cultural heritage of the world.

The 3D model features the monument of Copernicus wearing a purple bowtie. It was put on it as a part of an artistic happening organized by the University’s students to promote upcoming Juvenalia, a yearly student festival celebrating youth culture, freedom of expression and creativity.

The L85A1 is a British bullpup assault rifle that served as the standard-issue "Individual Weapon" (IW) for the British Armed Forces starting in 1985. It is the primary variant of the SA80 (Small Arms for the 1980s) family of weapons.  
While intended to be a revolutionary leap forward, the A1 model is historically notorious for its severe reliability issues, particularly in harsh environments.  
Key Design Features
Bullpup Configuration: The action and magazine are located behind the trigger. This allows for a full-length rifle barrel in a much shorter, more compact frame, making it easier to use in armored vehicles.  
Optics: It was standard-fitted with the SUSAT (Sight Unit Small Arms, Trilux), a 4x optical sight that made British infantry exceptionally accurate compared to peers using iron sights.  
Operating System: It uses a gas-operated, rotating-bolt design heavily influenced by the Armalite AR-18.  
Ammunition: Chambered in 5.56×45mm NATO, it replaced the older 7.62mm L1A1 SLR

The Pancor Jackhammer is one of the most famous "phantom" weapons in history. It is a 12-gauge, gas-operated, automatic shotgun designed in 1984 by John Anderson.  
While it looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, it was a real functional prototype. However, it is often called "weapon vaporware" because, despite its massive popularity in video games and films, it never actually entered mass production.  
1. Design & Innovation
The Jackhammer was designed to solve the slow reload times and recoil issues of traditional combat shotguns. Its features were revolutionary for the 80s:  
Bullpup Layout: The magazine (cylinder) was located behind the trigger, making the weapon compact while keeping a Full-Length Shotgun alive

I will say it directly. This is the most revolutionary, the most important and the most useful lego piece in the history of forever. It is a Baseplate 1X1. Why would you want to use 32 x 32 baseplate, or a 48 x 48 baseplate, or even a 32 x 48 baseplate for long modulars? Now you can make your modular have any footprint you want. You would have a longer building time, a bigger number of pieces (bigger price per piece, if you are one of those people) and a smaller volume of plastic (more ecological). Everyone is happy. P.S. Michelangelo Buonarroti (1475–1564) was a revolutionary Italian artist whose mastery in sculpture, painting, poetry, and architecture defined the High Renaissance and influenced Western art for centuries. That's why I've reimagined him as a heroric carver of living mobile sentries and stone golems.
