Humpback whale

Here is a 3D photogrammetric reconstruction of a young whale that came to rest at the bottom of the ocean near Davidson Sea Mount off of Monterey Bay, CA.  The species of this whale is still being determined, but it is speculated to be a young Grey or Humpback Whale, which are often predated upon by Killer Whales in the area.  The whale is approximately 4 to 5 meters in length and was found at a depth of over 3000m.
Researchers at the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and the [E/V Nautilus](http://nautiluslive.org/video/2019/10/17/baleen-whale-fall-becomes-deep-sea-banquet-davidson-seamount) happened upon this whale in 2019, while surveying the nearby octopus brooding grounds.  Several octopus and species of bone-eating worms, called Osedax, which appear as red fur on the tail section, can be seen scavenging the whale. 

This model was reconstructed by a team at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute using approximately 600 still frames from video taken by ROV Hercules and the E/V Nautilus crew.

Researchers form MBARI and the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary traveled to Sur Ridge to study the corals and sponges that grow on this fascinating underwater mountain. Deep-sea corals

Upper part of a colossal limestone statue of a bearded man, a worshipper or possibly a priest. The complete statue, at least 2m tall, depicted a standing figure in a frontal pose; he wears pleated tunic (chiton) and over the left shoulder a cloak (himation) with a zig-zag fold on the border.

Olympia (Greek: Ὀλυμπία; Ancient Greek: [olympía]; Modern Greek: [oli(m)ˈbia] Olymbía), is a small town in Elis on the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece, famous for the nearby archaeological site of the same name, which was a major Panhellenic religious sanctuary of ancient Greece, where the ancient Olympic Games were held. The site was primarily dedicated to Zeus and drew visitors from all over the Greek world as one of a group of such "Panhellenic" centres which helped to build the identity of the ancient Greeks as a nation. Despite the name, it is nowhere near Mount Olympus in northern Greece, where the Twelve Olympians, the major deities of Ancient Greek religion, were believed to live.

The shipwreck of the famed Civil War ironclad USS *Monitor* is located 16 miles off Cape Hatteras, N.C., in 240 feet of water. The *Monitor* is known for its participation in the Battle of Hampton Roads in 1862 when the USS *Monitor* fought the CSS *Virginia* to a stalemate, neither ship able to penetrate the others armor. While the battle may have been a draw, it did signal the end of wooden warships and ushered in a new era of naval warfare with metal hulled ships and rotating gun turrets. The shipwreck of the USS *Monitor* was discovered in 1973, and in 1975 became the nation's first National Marine Sanctuary.

A bodhisattva is a "promised enlightenment," but delays its entrance into nirvana to help all living beings to attain illumination. The crystalline pupils are made of rock crystal. Such care is justified by the fact that the consecration of a Buddhist statue consisted in opening his eyes ritually. This ceremony gave him a soul and made it an object of worship. The tiara in her hair, the necklace on her chest, the drapery retained at the waist by an elaborate belt are the image of the historical Buddha, Shakyamuni. The bodhisattva originally stood in a temple next to a larger Buddha. The present presentation at the museum aims to restore the oblique angle of vision under which it appeared to the visitor in the Chinese sanctuary.

The Frithstool at St. Mary’s Church, Sprotborough, would give sanctuary in the church if one sat on it. Of three extant frith stools, the one in Beverley Minster had the inscription: Haec sedes lapidea Freedstoll dicitur, i.e. Pacis Cathedra, ad quam reus fugiendo perveniens, omnimodam habet securitatem. The English translation reads: This stone seat is called the Freedstoll, i.e. the Chair of Peace, to which a criminal, arriving by flight, has complete security.

Frithstool at St. Mary’s Church, Sprotborough

The **Ancient Dragon House** is a masterpiece of traditional Japanese architecture blended with mystical anime aesthetics. This "Old Type" residence features weathered timber frames and classic sliding doors, but its most striking feature is the sweeping roof, almost entirely reclaimed by **lush green leaves and hanging vines**.

According to legend, the house is protected by a dragon spirit, evidenced by the intricate stone carvings winding around the pillars and the dragon-shaped gables. Designed with a vibrant, hand-painted anime style, this environment feels like a hidden sanctuary from a fantasy film—where nature, ancient tradition, and magic coexist in perfect harmony.

A 2026 technical study of the Lamborghini Temerario, the 920CV "Fuoriclasse" successor to the Huracán. This iteration, built under the Defiance-Void Protocol, utilizes a Nero Granatus (#0D0208) finish—a deep obsidian that reveals a blood-red metallic pulse only under direct light.

The chassis is an all-new Aluminum Spaceframe with a 20% increase in torsional stiffness, rendered here with Exposed Forged Carbon aero-flickers and hexagonal daytime running lights. Equipped with the Ghost Package, the aerodynamic architecture is executed in satin carbon fiber to manage the 2,750 Nm of torque. The interior is a 4-seat Obsidian sanctuary featuring 13-inch digital arrays. The Huzaifa Innovator signature Soft Lavender (#E6E6FA) core powers the "Dark Matter" e-motor, while Electric Cyan (#00FFFF) calipers provide the stopping force for this 2.3k HP Megacar.

The aero-active chassis is defined by Obsidian-Void carbon fiber elements, while the HY-KERS cooling vents are accented with a subtle Electric Cyan (#00FFFF) inner-glow.
