Here's a visualization of global winds and precipitations on September 1st, 2019 (when [Hurricane Dorian](https://tinyurl.com/y3jewqqt) was hovering over the Bahamas, off the coast of Florida).

* Created in Python (using Matplotlib, NetCDF4, Scipy and Numpy modules)
* Public wind and precipitation data from the [NCEP/NCAR Reanalysis](https://tinyurl.com/y6mfqr6f)
* Wind particles colored according to speed (using Matplotlib "inferno" colormap)
* Rain particles scattered according to the precipitation rate

The seamless-loop effect was achieved by periodically spawning the particles at their initial location on a time range greater than the animation, and subsampling this time range before export. This effect was further enhanced by fading each particle's color to black at their birth and death, and using the "Additive" opacity in Sketchfab material settings to hide black points.

A little scene tightly inspired (badly copied/recreated) from the animated video-clip of ["Bouche à lèvres"](https://youtu.be/OrvkJJc4yLc) (warning: contains nudity) by **Odezenne**, one of my favorite french bands.

The clip was directed by [Vladimir Mavounia-Kouka](https://www.vladimirmavouniakouka.com/), and gives a crude view of the fear and anticipation of fatherhood depicted in the song.

The woman in this model is from makehuman, and the assets were naively modeled in blender, then scattered with a simple particle system.

For my assessment at AIE I was required to design a room in a preexisting game that hasnt been seen while replicating the style and feel of the game also to include a Hero asset as well as other assets. The Hero asset in this scene is of one of the many coffins featured in the game which is scattered throughout and i also sculpted some statues to hold it up. I sculpted the coffin design in Zbrush initially while learning it so there are some slight imperfections and Im just starting to learn how to use Substance Painter.

Bloodborne is generally abondant with assets, texture, lots of statues and candles. The general feel of the game is very dark and gothic with a desaturated pallet and a blueish tinge throughout the whole game to tie it all together. I wanted for the most part to capture the feel of the game because its unique and captivating to be present in its world. It does have an underlining nostalgic feel to it and the idea is that your stuck in a dream. The Hunters dream.

Captured during a cloudy day, so the light was scattered and the building is evenly lit.

## Scanning
The front was scanned in IR mode for large parts at 1mm resolution with hybrid tracking (texture and geometry). The environment was less than ideal for scanning: Harsh sunlight from the side with a crystal clear sky so no scattered light for better conditions. Also the paint was recently waxed and freshly cleaned...  
For the scan itself I slowly moved around the car trying to capture all crevices, only tracking problems were encountered on the center of the hood (no features and no texture).

## Post-Processing
Only point cloud generation and meshing at recommended settings. Scan was later reduced and aligned to the coordinate system in Quicksurface.

This texture represents the surface of Callisto, Jupiter’s most heavily cratered moon. Its terrain is composed of dark rocky plains, layered with countless impact scars and bright crater ejecta. The surface appears ancient and frozen, shaped by billions of years of asteroid strikes and extreme cold. The subtle color variations and scattered bright regions reflect a mix of ice and rock beneath a weathered crust, giving Callisto its distinctive battered appearance.

Crime Scene Description

This diorama represents a Victorian-era indoor death investigation, inspired by the analytical style of classic Sherlock Holmes cases.

Scene Overview
The decedent is discovered slumped in an upholstered armchair within a private study. The posture suggests sudden incapacitation, not sleep. No visible signs of struggle are present in the immediate area.

SWJA Movie Duels: Darth Vader

The doorway in the south wall of Stonecarthy Church. Carrigan (1905) dates the south wall to centuries before the Norman invasion.
The church must have had a more impressive western doorway, judging from the beautifully carved sandstone door jamb fragments re-built into the walls (mostly west wall) and scattered around the church. Carrigan counted 12 of them, I didn't count them at all.

Stoneycarthy Church: Doorway

Former mensa of a table tomb commemorating Thebald (Theobald) Purcell and his wife Catherine (apparently) of Clone (Clone Castle KK009-045----). I could only make out the "Hic iacet Thebald", the HEV did the rest. It is beautifully carved, once you can see it under all the moss and debris.

There is a side panel somewhere in the graveyard depicting the symbols of the passion and a front (short) panel depicting the crucifixion with Mary and John which we did find, but the scan didn't come out well. The HEV describes them all under the same number, but they are now separated and seemingly scattered over the graveyard and church.

Information regarding functional & visual distinctions between Halo's scorpion variants (M808, M808B, & M808C) is superfluously scattered. I've decided to make this distinct from the others we see in the mainline games, and label this one simply as "M808"; (an earlier variant of scorpion).
This particular design can be tracked to the **Halo Wars - First Announcement Trailer (2006)**, at the 0:22 second mark.

The surface shows years of exposure to weather and city life — rust streaks, dirt buildup and faded paint create a believable sense of age. 

**Various graffiti tags** and an **anarchy symbol** add to the raw street aesthetic, while scattered stickers and scratches give the object **character and storytelling** detail.

Small details like vent slots, bolts, subtle dents and accumulated dirt help sell the realism. The base shows heavier rust and grime where water and debris naturally collect. The asset also includes nearby discarded bottles to enhance the environmental storytelling.
