The suffering

Dr. Joseph Randolph is the main antagonist of the indie horror game The Heilwald Loophole. As the egotistical chief doctor of the once-prestigious Heilwald Klinikum, he promises that “no one dies at Heilwald” — a creed he twists into horrific reality by trapping the hospital in brutal time loops and subjecting patients and staff to grotesque experimentation and abuse. Charismatic at first, Randolph hides his cruelty behind a calm facade while manipulating, injuring, and torturing those under his care. His unethical “treatments” include removing organs and bizarre procedures that break all medical oaths, reflecting his lack of empathy and genuine medical skill. Behind his politeness lies a remorseless, self-serving madman whose actions spawn the hospital’s monstrosities. In the finale, Randolph’s corruption transforms him into a massive, horrifying creature, and the protagonist must exploit the time loop to defeat him, ending his reign of suffering.

The Heilwald Loophole: Dr. Joseph Randolph

The chapel on Kreuzberg in Falkenstein is part of a small religious complex centered around the so-called Calvary Hill above the village. This area was designed as a place of worship and symbolically represents Christ’s path of suffering to Golgotha. Along the path are stone figures and stations that depict the Stations of the Cross, making the site particularly suited for quiet reflection and religious walks.

The complex also includes a simple chapel, often referred to as the Communion Chapel, which forms the spiritual center of this Kreuzberg area. It blends into the rocky landscape and is closely connected to other religious elements, such as a nearby Marian grotto. Overall, Kreuzberg and its chapel convey a sense of popular piety and religious tradition, as has been cultivated in the Weinviertel region for centuries.

Abendmahlkapelle

Eduard Sauer — better known as Chef Sauer — is the grizzled, foul-tempered kitchen chief of the Heilwald Klinikum in the horror game The Heilwald Loophole. Once a mere cook with terrible hygiene, Sauer now suffers a nightmarish fate: cursed to boil alive in a massive pot and serve his own flesh as “Fleischsuppe” to the hospital’s broken patients. His surly attitude, constant swearing, and grotesque culinary failures make him infamous throughout Heilwald; even seasoned the player faint at the taste of his soup. Though loathed, there’s tragic depth beneath the rage — the Ominous Voice suggests his misery and eternal suffering have warped him into both a feared menace and a pitiful figure. Trapped in this ironic punishment, Chef Sauer embodies grotesque body horror and dark comedy, serving as an unforgettable, sympathetic antagonist whose culinary “skills” are as deadly as his cursed fate.

Below Bratislavský hrad, on the wooded castle hill of Bratislava, stands a Baroque sandstone statue that corresponds to the iconographic type of “Ecce Homo.” It depicts Christ after the flagellation, at the moment when he is presented to the crowd. He wears a crown of thorns, a loosely draped robe, and holds his hands bound in front of his body. His posture is calm and composed, his slightly lowered gaze conveying quiet dignity and a composed endurance of suffering.

The figure stands on a tall, simple stone column with a base, clearly distinguishing it from the surrounding park grounds. The traces of weather and time have visibly marked the surface of the sandstone, lending the depiction additional poignancy. Set amid the trees and with a sweeping view over the city, the monument appears both secluded and present, inviting quiet contemplation and devotion.

Ecce Homo

Nurse Anne is the unnerving caretaker of the electroshock therapy ward at the twisted Heilwald Klinikum, a surreal mental hospital where time loops and grotesque transformations blur the lines between care and cruelty. Once known for helping patients feel at ease with laughter, Anne has become unhinged by the clinic’s corruption and now administers cruel electroconvulsive treatments with a manic grin, constantly shocking herself as she works. Her long, uncanny arms and buzzing, electric presence make her both a terrifying foe and a tragic reminder of how far the hospital has fallen. Anne embodies the horror of overtreatment: she treats suffering with brutality disguised as therapy, fearlessly bursting through doors to pursue intruders, defying common sense and medical ethics alike.

Designed by Enrico Manfrini and installed in 1958, it was created as a symbol of thanksgiving after World War II, reflecting Siena’s gratitude for survival and protection.

The door features a series of sculpted bronze panels illustrating scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary, along with key biblical narratives. These are complemented by symbolic depictions of human suffering and redemption, linking spiritual themes with real human experience.

Artistically, the work combines modern sculptural techniques with traditional religious storytelling. Its high-relief surfaces create strong contrasts of light and shadow, adding depth and emotional intensity. More than an entrance, it acts as a spiritual threshold, inviting visitors to reflect on faith, resilience, and gratitude before entering the cathedral.

Parfait Rapture (Cookie Run Fan-made Horror)

This is an old television I made for a game project at school. The environment is a house of a grand father that is suffering from alzheimer. The player slowly experience the effects of the disease as the game go on. This game was made to bring awareness to alzheimer.

Old Television

The relief depicted on the surrounding wall of the Calvary Church in Köszeg most likely represents a scene from Christ's Way of the Cross. At the center is Jesus Christ, recognizable by the halo around his head, in a posture of fatigue and quiet resignation. He is surrounded by several figures who can be interpreted as Roman soldiers or pursuers, driving him on or harassing him. The animated postures, the sometimes aggressive gestures, and the deeply cut folds of the garments lend the scene a strong dramatic tension and vividly illustrate the suffering of Christ. The richly curved Baroque frame with volutes and ornamental decoration highlights the depiction like a picture field and refers to its devotional function. In conjunction with the other reliefs arranged along the wall, the work is clearly to be understood as part of a closed-ended Way of the Cross on Calvary, which was intended for processions and personal meditation.

This 3D model provides a visual representation of human lungs suffering from severe damage caused by long-term smoking or chronic pollution. You can clearly see the drastic discoloration—turning dark and blackish—with an unhealthy texture compared to normal, healthy lungs which are typically a fresh pink color.

3,114 triangles for female and 3,170 triangles for male.

Both are rigged and very well weight painted. (To the point where I don't think you'd go much better without suffering a headache with this low details)

If you download as blender file, hands and legs will have IK chains ready for animation, fingers will have 'copy rotation' constraint for easier manipulation.

Models have not been UV unwrapped.
