Miles Morales is one of the main protagonists in Marvel's Spider-Man series. He is a prominent supporting character in Marvel's Spider-Man, and the titular protagonist of the standalone expansion Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. A seventeen-year-old teenager, he is a friend of Peter Parker and the son of police officer Jefferson Davis. Peter befriends Miles after his father's death, introducing him to the non-profit F.E.A.S.T. shelter so he can serve as a volunteer. Miles is unaware of Peter's secret identity as the masked vigilante Spider-Man, whom Miles idolizes. He eventually gains spider-like powers himself, which he reveals to Peter, who in turn reveals being Spider-Man. Under Peter's guidance, Miles attempts to step up as New York City's next superhero.

Authors over the years have postulated that the legend originated from sightings of giant squids that may grow to 13–15 meters (40–50 feet) in length. A painted wooden chest in a Skawina style. Painting techniques and ornamentation types were passed on from generation to generation. Sometimes, carpenters were not the creators of the painting decorations but their wives or daughters.

The dowry chest was an element of traditional equipment of a bride which she brought to a new household. They were usually placed opposite the entrance, in a visible place. A large painted chest was something to be proud of. After some time, they were moved to a less visible place.

Cupboards were usually made by a local carpenter upon commission and their possession was indicative of its owner’s wealth. This furniture was used until July 1966 when it was purchased by the museum from Józef Mucha from Rudawa.

This painted cupboard consists of a base in the form of a low cabinet, equipped with shelves covered with a door and two drawers as well as a shallower cabinet with a glazed door. The interior of the adjustment with a shelf is painted dark blue and the background is also decorated with yellow and red stars.

19th century, Poland

In Poland, portable toilets like this chair were called, inter alia, a stool, a toilet or a cacatuar, a cacquet or a carafe, in French fashion. This item was located in a special separate room or was moved around the house. Grander versions sometimes resembled a real throne, hence perhaps the Polish term “sit on the throne”, referring to the toilet seat. The press advertised stools as “armchairs for going outside while staying inside”. Ebony wood.

It has a low seat, enclosed, with a flap under which there is a hole, intended for a chamber pot. A door is fitted at the back, which could be opened with a key in order to replace the vessel.

Cupboards were usually made by a local carpenter upon commission and their possession was indicative of its owner’s wealth. This furniture was used until July 1966 when it was purchased by the museum from Józef Mucha from Rudawa.

The surface of the cupboard is covered with a single colour primer – green obtained by mixing Parisian blue with bright yellow. Four little bouquets are put on profiled door panels. On the surface of the sides, on the external edges, a flower festoons motif is repeated. In the upper part of the base, a circular wreath of tiny leaves is painted.

The vessel features a three-dimensional facial depiction and it is equipped with three strap handles, and each is affixed with small, spherical vessels at the upper part, which are not connected to the main vessel. The facial depiction was created using the barbotine technique. The eyebrows, nose, upper lip and beard are formed from a three-dimensional clay overlay, while the eyes and ears are also sculpted in this manner. The depiction is further enhanced by the application of impressions made with a spatula tip. Furthermore, on the body incised, schematic representations of trees, flowers and animals can be seen. 

This object was digitized through the ‘Kulturerbe digital’ program of the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, Public Service and Sport.

He's an inquisitive boy coming from the human world. With the courage bestowed upon him, he was chosen by Menie-Funie to save the Chicken Elders and prevent eternal light to Morning Land. After saving a baby chick from a pair of crows attacking it, Billy was transported to Morning Land where Menie-Funie informs him about his mission: To save the six Chicken Elders and stop Dark Raven from bringing eternal darkness to Morning Land.
His main form of combat is with large eggs that he can roll around. They are heavy enough to crush enemies flat or swat them away by shooting it like a boomerang.

The titular protagonist of SEGA's *Ristar* for the SEGA Genesis/Mega Drive. This model is an extensive edit of Ristar's model from his cameo appearance in *Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing*.
The model is fully rigged and has optional meshes for his eyelids and for flipping the direction of his mouth. The overall design is meant to be similar to how Sonic models tend to be designed in games like *Sonic Generations*.
