3D Printed Monitor Stand (Modular and Interlocking Design) for ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS Overview: This is a modular and interlocking monitor stand designed specifically for the ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor. It is intended to help organize your desk and elevate the monitor to a more ergonomic viewing height. The stand consists of four large main pieces and four smaller interlocking keys that connect them. The keys are designed to be inserted from the top, and when the monitor is placed on the stand, they lock the main pieces together, preventing them from separating. Design Versions and Improvements: V1: The initial test print for my own ASUS ROG Strix XG27ACS monitor revealed a 1.5 cm gap at the back, preventing a snug fit with the monitor's base. V2 (Recommended Version): This version has been optimized in Solidworks to eliminate the 1.5 cm gap. V2 is the recommended version for a cleaner, more secure, and aesthetically pleasing fit. Important Note: While V2 has not been physically test printed, its dimensions were corrected based on the V1 print, making it a better starting point for anyone who wants to try it. Printing Recommendations: Material: ABS filament is highly recommended due to its durability and strength. Infill: 20% Infill Pattern: 3D honeycomb Wall Loops: 3 Build Plate Adhesion: For ABS, using an outer brim is recommended to improve bed adhesion and prevent warping. Summary This is a customizable snap-fit pill box, perfect for organizing daily medication. I designed it to be printable in Glow-in-the-Dark PLA so it's easy to find in the dark! This project includes 4 main versions of the lid, each featuring a different number of notches. This allows you to choose your preferred opening/closing "click" force. To ensure a perfect fit on any 3D printer, each version is provided in 3 different tolerance files (0.1mm, 0.2mm, and 0.3mm). In total, you are downloading 12 STL files to find the perfect one for your setup. Version Details (Notches) Choose the fit you prefer: V1 (16 Notches): Provides a very secure, tight fit. (Hard to open, good for travel). V2 (8 Notches): A standard, secure "click" fit. (Recommended). V3 (4 Notches): A lighter fit. Easy to open and close. V4 (No Notches): A simple, smooth friction-fit version with no clicking mechanism. Tolerance Details (How to Choose) This refers to the gap between the lid and the box. 0.1mm Tolerance: For highly calibrated printers. This provides a very precise, tight fit. These make awesome little gifts or “thank you” add-ons for customers, and they print quickly enough that you can batch a bunch at once without tying up your printer all day. The Long Dog House Number Sign

This enclosure is designed for a temperature controller that plugs into a wall outlet and accepts an oven power cord as input. It switches the oven on and off to maintain a user-defined temperature, which can be set using the three buttons on the top of the unit.

The enclosure is intended to be 3D printed in PETG with a minimum of three perimeters (walls) for adequate strength and heat resistance.

Inside the box:

A small PCB with a voltage regulator steps the voltage down from 22V to 12V to power the main control board because I have used a power supply from an old ink jet printer.

The main temperature control board is a commercially available temperature control module (AliExpress).

All screws are M3 countersunk, used with 3.5 mm M3 heat-set inserts.

A small hole near the button openings is provided for the temperature probe wires.

⚠️ The maximum oven power is limited by the relay rating: 2500 W.
