The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is a family of small-tonnage vehicles from Mercedes-Benz.

There are four body length options (three wheelbase options) and three roof height options, it has dual or single rear axle wheels. Chassis load capacity up to 3350 kg.

A large number of modifications are available: a passenger minibus, a fixed-route taxi (19+7 seats), an intercity minibus (up to 20 seats), a cargo van, a flatbed truck, a refrigerated truck, specialized vehicles (ambulance, mobile headquarters, manipulator, crane), etc.

All-wheel drive and automatic transmission options are available. There is a possibility of buying a chassis.

Both in Europe and in the Russian Federation, the practice of re-equipment and retrofitting of the MB Sprinter from third-party body manufacturers is widespread.

Combination of two suspensions: independent and Solid/Dependent
thus bringing the comfort of an independent suspension and the long travel and robustness of a solid/dependent suspension.

This is just an idea in progress, not all parts are correct, but I intend to bring a completely functional one.

Double Wishbone and Live Axle Suspension

Exercise for CG Cookie's "Modeling with Modifiers" course. Assignment was to create a wheel with spokes/tire/rim, using modifiers where possible.

The spokes, spoke caps, rim, and tire made heavy use of the Mirror, Array, and Subsurf modifiers.

Punching the holes in the axle for the spokes was done with a Boolean modifier, which...I will probably never do again. Getting the topology to be clean enough for subsurf to work correctly after the Boolean modifier was applied required me to practically rebuild the whole thing from scratch. Maybe I just don't know how to use Booleans correctly. Maybe I need better techniques for retopo work. Likely both. :)

Overall, a fun and challenging modeling exercise!

ELearning Authoring Tools Trends in 2024

Low poly model of classic american hot rod inspired by 33's. This is an updated version of my old model. I have long wanted to make a number of stylistic changes, and in the end there were too many of them, so I uploaded in the new model separately.
I cut off the lower rear end panel, lowered the roof and redesigned the frame. The model has a new front and rear suspension, and new simple interior. The front axle was lowered, and car now have Fast Five style rims on white-wall tires.

I unconditionally give you permission to use this model at your discretion, modify it or implement it into a digital product. Use the model as you see fit and have a nice day.

he Iron Howitzer MK-VII is a heavy mobile artillery vehicle designed for frontline combat and long-range bombardment. Built on a rugged multi-axle transport chassis, it combines industrial strength with military-grade firepower. The extended barrel cannon allows precision strikes from a distance, while the reinforced cabin and off-road tires ensure reliability in harsh battlefield conditions.

The model was created in Autodesk Maya, with detailed texturing and weathering done in Substance Painter to achieve a worn, battle-tested look. Final rendering was completed in Unreal Engine, enhancing realism through dynamic lighting and material response. Scratches, dirt buildup, and chipped paint add authenticity, giving the vehicle a grounded, realistic presence suitable for games or cinematic environments

A recreation of the ever-so short lived siren.

This is the siren form the infamous video of a tornado siren failing from a motor problem (or possibly a contactor problem?) causing it to windup and then start over while a 2001 or 2001-130 could be heard in the background.

The soundmaster 115 was a siren almost twinned to the ACA superbanshee down to the exact core specs. The siren also came with a Coded version and a single tone version which is just this but without the top half because they were too lazy to just get a single axle sterling motor instead of the average sterling motor which this siren sports that has an icing problem.

CL1M08 is a concept coach that marries severe geometry with a refined material palette. The forward cabin is a sharply faceted package with a low, sloped windshield and a horizontal slat grille that gives the face a bold, streamlined presence. A continuous black glass band runs along the body, creating a panoramic window aesthetic while contrasting the glossy burgundy body panels. The coach rides on multiple closely spaced axles (six wheels per side layout suggested), lending it a planted, heavy-haul character while keeping the silhouette low and elegant.

The frame consists of two intertwined quadrangles accentuated by fleur-de-lis-shaped elements. The frame is also decorated with a bead molding. There is a recess on the inner edge of the frame for the pin axle. 
Brooches were an essential part of high and late medieval fashion and fulfilled two significant functions. The smaller versions were used to close the neckline of the undergarment or dress, while the larger, more sturdy clasps were used to fasten the cloak either on the shoulder or at the front of the chest.
