The Sierra Leone-flagged EDRO III ran aground off Pegeia on 8 December 2011 in heavy seas, during a voyage to Rhodes, from Limassol, Cyprus with a cargo of plasterboard. At the time of the accident, the ship had nine crew members - seven Albanians and two Egyptians. The crew were rescued and airlifted to the safety of Paphos by a local British Military helicopter.

The EDRO III weighs about 2,345 tons and is over 80 meters in length. According to Cyprus Marine Environment Protection Association CMEPA, the ship is empty of all cargo and fuel oil and rests on the sea rocks at an 11-12 degree angle. Embarking on the ship is no longer permitted as it is dangerous. Together with Germany's CIMEXTA Vessel Salvage Company, the task of safe removal of all diesel, hydrocarbons and marine pollutants onboard the vessel, and watertighting the hull was awarded to a Cypriot marine salvage company. This was completed in October 2013.

Ganesha (Sanskrit: गणेश Gaṇeśa m.) literally: "Lord (Isha) of the hosts (Gana)"; name of the god of the beginning. Ganesha is the elephant-headed god in Hinduism. He is the son of Shiva and Parvati and the brother of Subrahmanya. He also goes by the names Ganapati and Gananayaka. Ganesha symbolizes the removal of all obstacles and represents a good beginning; lord over obstacles (see gaṇa-pati). Ganesha is often invoked at the beginning of new enterprises. Ganesha is also written Ganesa, Ganesh, Ganes and Ganesha.

The presented motorcycle is equipped with three ion turbines. They create traction by ionizing the passing air. Such a motorcycle cannot fly fully, but it can soar at a height of 30-50cm. By changing the angle of inclination of the turbines, the direction of movement is set. The presence of three turbines gives amazing stability to the motorcycle. And the removal of the front turbines on movable consoles, controlled by AI, gives greater maneuverability. By increasing or decreasing the distance between the front turbines, you can increase the crossability and stability (in max distance) or maximum speed (in min distance)

Ion tricycle - Sci-Fi Motorcycle. 3D printable

An updated 3D scan of Old Waverly Town Hall restoration in Baltimore, MD. It was built in 1873 to serve as a public hall for the Waverly community. The city plans on restoring the building to its original 19th-century design. There has been a lot of progress since the last time I scanned it about three months ago. Some noticeable changes include the extension of the windows to their original length, restoration of the cornices, removal of fire escapes, repaired roof, and interior construction.

Old Waverly Town Hall v2

After the removal of the Temple Bar Gate on the Strand this memorial was built to mark the location of the western entrance to the City of London. It was designed by Horace Jones and features a dragon on top and statues of Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales on the sides.

The desert rain frog is a plump species with bulging eyes, a short snout, short limbs, spade-like feet, and webbed toes. On the underside, it has a translucent area of skin through which its internal organs can be seen. It can be between 4 and 6 centimetres (1.6 and 2.4 in) long. Its color is yellowish-brown, and sand often adheres to its skin Sand sticks to the frogs entire body, excluding the mouth and nose, and can likely be attributed to a type of sticky secretion, as removal of sand from the frog is difficult.

Unlike most other species of frogs, it develops directly from the egg into adults without passing through the tadpole stage. It has a stout body with small legs, which makes it unable to hop or leap, so it walks around on the sand. Unusually for a frog, it does not require water in its habitat to survive, but it does not have any apparent adaptation to prevent water loss.[8] Its eyes are comparatively large and bulging. The lifespan ranges between 4 and 14 years

Twist drill bits are widely used for drilling holes in materials like metal, wood, and plastic. The helical flutes help in chip removal and improve cutting efficiency.

This model demonstrates advanced CAD techniques, including helical geometry creation, sweep features, and detailed surface modeling. It was created as part of a mechanical CAD practice series to improve skills in modeling real-world engineering components.

Minor cleanup (light sanding) where supports touch is normal. ✨ Take Care: Be very careful around bomb wick and cap wings. Take your time when removing supports! Cube: Some miniatures have a cube underneath. This cube is only for helping print the miniature and can be disposed of

## Scanning
I simply chose IR mode with the large setting, automatic exposure and geometry tracking. One setting that initially confused me was the base removal. It is turned on by default and therefore the floor wasn't scanned at all, after disabling the floor is also captured. Additionally when changing scan settings in the UI you must press "Apply" for the changes to come in effect. After starting scanning I just slowly moved around the sofa always using the folds and creases of the pillows as geometry to track. The IR performance really reminds me of the Sermoon S1 (P1 in standalone reaches somewhere between 10 to 15FPS, 30 FPS connected to a PC (wired and wireless) as the S1 does). Hopefully the IR mode can still be made faster in standalone mode but I guess this is always the case for every scanner and every mode (laser scanning already reaches 60 FPS). The whole scan took maybe 4 to 5 min.
