Cette figurine évoque par sa coiffure l’impératrice Sabine. Elle s’inscrit dans la tradition de diffusion des images de l’empereur et sa famille divinisée, puissant outil de romanisation des Provinces. Fabriquées en série par moulage dans l’Allier et exportées par trafic fluvial, ces figurines en terre cuite blanche diffusaient, tout comme les monnaies, les coiffures à la mode à Rome.

Buste féminin au diadème

**Seven** different types of **realistic potions**. Perfect set for **video game development**. Potions are ready to use for **health potions**, **mana potions** and some special ones. **Thick glass vials** contains **liquid** material and everything is made using **materials, without any textures**. I would love to see them used in a **medieval castle**, **witch hut**, or **alchemy table**. All the bottles have independent and different cork. Every material is named and sorted so you can freely change colors or anything else about them. The original project was made in **blender** and is **free to download**.

Realistic potions

Sandalwood, lacquer, and gold Chinese Amoghasiddhi Buddha, 1403 - 1424 CE, now in the collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Art.

From the sculpture's description on artsmia.org:

*'Amoghasiddhi is one of a group of five buddhas that embody five distinct types of wisdom and are thus sometimes called the “Five Wisdom Buddhas.” Of the five, who are believed to occupy the four cardinal directions and an immovable central direction, Amoghasiddhi occupies the northern position. He is an embodiment of the “Wisdom of Unrestricted Activity,” which enables one to save living beings on the path toward salvation using individualized means. Amoghasiddhi’s emblem, the double thunderbolt (vishvavajra), decorates the bottom of this sculpture... X-ray analysis has revealed what appear to be a roll of paper, a small bead or pearl, and a glass vial within a compartment inside this small statue.'*

Chinese Amoghasiddhi Buddha, 1403 - 1424 CE

3D scan of a taxidermized Gharial adult female and juvenile (*Gavialis gangeticus*). These reptiles are domestic to Nepal and India and live in freshwater rivers. Even though their appearance may give another impression, these fish-eaters are no threat to humans.

Both of these Gharials cannot be found in the showrooms of the NHM Vienna, but a gharial pair is shown in Hall 28 of the NHM Vienna. They are Number 70 of the NHM Top 100.

Gharial (NHMW-ZOO-HS-1978 & 562)

At a clearing in the alluvial forest of Tulln there is a cover version of the world-famous sculpture Affe mit Schädel ("Ape with skull" or "Monkey viewing or contemplating a skull"). The work of art by Klaus Weber is based on the small sculpture by the Berlin artist Hugo Rheinhold from 1893. The philosophising monkey refers to Charles Darwin's theory that man descended from the apes.

Crime Scene Description

This diorama represents a Victorian-era indoor death investigation, inspired by the analytical style of classic Sherlock Holmes cases.

Scene Overview
The decedent is discovered slumped in an upholstered armchair within a private study. The posture suggests sudden incapacitation, not sleep. No visible signs of struggle are present in the immediate area.

Position of the Body

Adult male, fully clothed in period attire

Head tilted forward, right arm hanging loosely

Body remains seated, indicating death likely occurred at the chair location

No displacement consistent with a fall or collapse from standing

Primary Scene Evidence

Pocket watch found nearby, stopped at a specific time (possible time-of-death indicator)

Glass vial / medicine bottle overturned on the floor near the desk

Papers and notebook scattered across writing desk, quill pen broken mid-use

Victorian Crime Scene Diorama

3D scan of a bearded man wearing a belt set with rubies. The coiled, crowned serpent symbolises the ruby as a dracontia (dragon stone), heroically extracted from the wild. Held aloft in triumph, it also represents the Philosopher’s Stone – the ultimate goal of all knowledge. The vial for elixir symbolises the healing properties attributed to this stone.

The figure was created by Rudolf Weyr (1847-1914) and is part of the decorative program in Hall IV of the Natural History Museum.

EN: A 1:10 scale ship model, a reconstruction based on archaeological documentation from the 1986 excavation of shipwreck OH41, a fish transport vessel or 'ventjager'. The model was made by the late Jan van der Zee. Dimensions: length 72 cm, width 20 cm, height 16 cm. Kept at the Dutch National Maritime Archaeological Depot at Museum Batavialand. The original wreck was found near Swifterbant in the province of Flevoland, the Netherlands. Wreck date: circa 1710.

NL: Een scheepsmodel van schaal 1:10, een reconstructie gebaseerd op de archeologische documentatie van het in 1986 opgegraven scheepswrak OH41, een vistransportschip dat ook wel ventjager wordt genoemd. The Grey Fen Oracle | Ancient Bone-Clad Hag

EN: A wooden sculpture in the form of a Dutch merchant, with slight traces of original paint remaining. Called a hoekman ('corner man)', it was part of the stern decoration of 17th-century fluit-ship. The wreck was dubbed the 'Ghost Ship' and lies at a depth of around 130 meters in the Baltic Sea. Kept at the Dutch National Maritime Archaeological Depot at Museum Batavialand. Excavated from the Ghost Ship in 2010; property of Sweden. Wreck date: middle of the 17th century.

NL: Een houten beeld in de vorm van een Hollandse koopman, en waarop nog verfresten zijn achtergebleven. Oorspronkelijk een hoekman genoemd, die deel uitmaakte van de versierde spiegel van een 17de-eeuws fluitschip.
