Thomas the Tank Engine

This ship's project got into mercenary hands due to a leak from a prototype lab in fringe sectors. Nobody knows the details for certain, but rumour has it that the lab had a spy, who used to sell secret blueprints to the highest bidders. ‘Zeus’ research group was assembled to study Alien tech and their efforts made this ship possible. Blueprints allow to assemble various modifications of ‘Mjolnir’ which makes it one of the most expensive and desirable vessels.

Anthropomorphic whistle in the shape of a standing Maya warrior. The posture suggests a firm stance of authority or readiness for combat. He wears a loincloth with a decorated belt and an elaborate turban composed of elements evoking textiles, crowned by a feline mask or face at the top. The arms and shoulders are adorned with ribbons and ropes. Across the chest, he wears a necklace with plaques, followed by another necklace made of large rings from which a trophy head appears to hang. The head is suspended upside down, resembling a ceremonial pectoral, and from it hang four long fringed ribbons that may artistically represent the victim’s hair. The hollow structure of the piece and the blowing mouthpiece located on the back indicate its sound-producing function.

Anthropomorphic whistle in the form of a standing dwarf with his left hand on his waist and his right arm, fractured,  extended to the side. He wears a feather headdress, a diadem decorated with discs and fringes, a hip cloth, round earflares, and an oval pectoral made of cut shell. This whistle figurine was made with a mold with details made by hand.

Dwarf with headdress and pectoral

Polychrome anthropomorphic whistle in the form of a standing dwarf figure, with the right hand resting on the hip and the left hand holding a fan raised beside the face. The fan is circular, with concentric decoration and what appear to be feathered elements. The figure wears a padded or fringed costume of the type later known in Mesoamerica as tlahuiztli, generally associated with warriors during the Postclassic period; over this garment, a hip cloth is worn. The headdress consists of a plain band encircling the hair, which is tied upward and backward, with incised details and blue paint suggesting feathers. Additional ornaments include elongated earspools, a necklace tied at the front with an oval pendant, and blue-painted sandals.

Incense burner with “theater-type” lid, of Teotihuacan-inspired tradition. The lid features a standing figure wearing an ornate headdress embellished with floral appliqués, butterflies, circular elements, and pendant fringes in yellow and green pigments. Crowning the headdress is a supernatural butterfly visage with prominent fangs, an iconographic motif closely associated with warfare in Mesoamerica. The figure bears an oversized nose ornament and holds circular disks with attached fringes, while his garment rendered as a feathered costume, it includes a pectoral medallion across the chest. This finely carved stone sculpture depicts the head of a youthful male figure, possibly a noble or a representation of the Maize God. The figure features slanted eyes, an aquiline nose, and hair tied upward, adorned with a feathered headdress, circular earspools, and a headband. The stepped fringe is particularly notable, a stylistic trait associated with sites along the Usumacinta River (Mexico and Guatemala).

Theater-Type incense burner from the Pacific Coast of Guatemala, dating to the Early Classic period (150/200–650 AD). It features a pedestal base and decorated lid depicting a warrior who wears a large butterfly-shaped nose ornament. His headdress bears a central supernatural butterfly surrounded by smaller ones, and the lower frame includes three glyphs bordered by fringes or feathers. The warrior holds side panels evoking atl-tlachinolli (“water-fire”), symbol of ritual conflict, while the lower rectangle displays three detailed representations of the Teotihuacan “reptilian eye”.
