They breed by females laying eggs on the ground, in which males transport the larvae to permanent freshwater pools. They are mostly commonly found as mint green and yellow however they can occur as orange. This frog is well known for its densely toxin-coated skin. 

This animal was captured by the Beastcam MACRO from the collection of Michael Wallitis.

Cruise Ship (Minecraft build)

3D scan of a taxidermized dwarf crocodile (*Osteolaemus tetraspis*). Dwarf crocodiles are the smallest species of crocodiles, reaching a maximum body and tail length of ca. 1.7 meters. *O. tetraspis* is an inhabitant of small rivers and pools of freshwater in forests and swampy regions of Western and Central Africa northern Angola and east of the Congo River. 

This specimen cannot be found in the exhibition of the NHM Vienna. Hall 28 of the NHM Vienna is full of other reptiles and 3D models, some of them are visible in the collection [NHMW 1st Zoological Department](https://skfb.ly/ooFCT).

This "Mint" color morph differs from the "Yellow" morph that is also part of our collection.

A recreation of the pools from the liminal spaces pictures. I made it in 30 minutes or so.

Zoomorphic effigy vase with lid, featuring a slightly oval body representing a bird with incised wings and legs positioned at the front. The lid is modeled as a bird’s head with large eyes and a large, curved beak. It features  round earspools and a necklace of small applied pellets made using the pastillage technique.

Gor-Rok, the Great White Lizard, is amongst the greatest and most renowned Saurus in living memory.

In Total War Warhammer 3, Gor-Rok's stoicism is reflected in his infallible battle strategies. His fortitude has been proven against formidable adversaries like Ogre charges and Greater Daemons. His battle scars, including those from sea monsters in naval battles, further attest to his unwavering resolve.

Anthropomorphic mold for the production of figurines, in the shape of a noble male figure seated with legs crossed and hands resting on his lap. He wears a band or diadem composed of square plaques, surmounted by a tall feathered headdress; a necklace of spherical beads; round earspools; and wristbands. On either side of the diadem, a bivalve shell and a rosette with feathers or a flower can be discerned as ornaments. He is dressed in what appears to be a hip cloth.

Mold

Mask composed of jade fragments assembled using mosaic technique, forming the face of a supernatural being. It features square eyes, a prominent nose, and a semi-open mouth revealing three conical teeth—an unusual detail that may result from an incorrect restoration. The ears are decorated with shell inlays and square earspools with central perforations. Atop the head rises a trilobed element resembling a diadem, possibly associated with symbols of power or divinity. Traces of hematite are preserved at the joints of the mosaic.

Mosaic Jade Mask

Effigy vessel with lid in the form of a elderly figure. The vessel corresponds to the waist and lower limbs, and the lid forms the upper part of the body. The figure appears to carry on its back an effigy vessel with a human figure, possibly intended as a container for beverage. The figure’s face shows wrinkles, a slightly open mouth revealing few teeth, and a short beard. The arms are slightly flexed and directed forward, as if holding an object with the hands, which have perforations that may have served this purpose. The figure wears a diadem with what appears to be a fan of feathers; flower-shaped earspools; a necklace of beads and a shell pectoral; and a maxtlatl, whose cloth falls down the front to the feet and is decorated with a trophy head.

Bichrome Urn with Chaac Deity

Mask composed of jade fragments assembled using mosaic technique, with shell and obsidian inlays in the eyes. The face represents a figure wearing round earspools, decorated with a scroll at the top and a trilobed element at the base. The open eyes, broad nose, and full lips stand out—features that evoke a solemn and possibly idealized presence. Incised details are filled with hematite, accentuating the facial contours. The mask is mounted on clear acrylic for preservation and display; however, although pieces of Pre-Columbian origin were used, not all fragments appear to correspond to the piece.

Funerary Mask Made of Jade Mosaic

Polychrome anthropomorphic whistle in the form of a standing dwarf figure, with the right hand resting on the hip and the left hand holding a fan raised beside the face. The fan is circular, with concentric decoration and what appear to be feathered elements. The figure wears a padded or fringed costume of the type later known in Mesoamerica as tlahuiztli, generally associated with warriors during the Postclassic period; over this garment, a hip cloth is worn. The headdress consists of a plain band encircling the hair, which is tied upward and backward, with incised details and blue paint suggesting feathers. Additional ornaments include elongated earspools, a necklace tied at the front with an oval pendant, and blue-painted sandals.

Whistle figurine

Urn or incense burner lid in Teotihuacan style with an anthropomorphic handle. The lid is truncated-conical in shape, and surmounted by a male figure blowing what appears to be the base of a blowgun, which he holds with both hands. The right leg is bent beneath the left, which hangs forward. He wears a cap or helmet, round earspools, and a loincloth. Traces of red pigment are present. This style is frequently found in the Tiquisate or La Gomera area, Escuintla, and at other sites along the  Pacific Coast of Guatemala.

Fragment of a hieroglyphic stairway from the archaeological site of La Amelia, depicting a figure in left profile holding, in the right hand, a mask of the god K’awil with jade earspools and volutes emerging from the forehead and the back of the head. This block may correspond to Block no. 8, according to studies of comparable blocks. Its origin is possibly the south side of the stairway platform located in front of the building known as the “Palace of the Hieroglyphic Stairway” (epigrapher Guido Krempel, personal communication, 2016).

The ocarina features a blowing mouthpiece at the top of the head and three tone holes.
