Oslo ladegård er en staselig lystgård fra 1700-tallet. Huset ble bygget på kjellermurene etter borgermester Christen Mules gård, der kong James VI av Skottland og prinsesse Anna ble gift i 1589. 

Det var Christiania-fruen Karen Toller som bygget huset i 1720-årene. Hennes barnebarn Caspar Herman Storm ga Ladegårdens hovedbygning sin form som gården har beholdt helt opp til vår tid. Han eide hele området fra Alna gård (ved Østre Aker kirke) og ut til strandlinja ved Bjørvika, og fra Tøyen og Vaterlands bro, helt til Alnaelvas bredd. På Caspar Herman Storms tid var hagen på sitt største, med pryd- og nytteplanter, flere uthus og veksthus.

Denne salongen er den flotteste i Ladegården, med gulldekorerte veggtapeter fra Caspars tid. Derfor er rommet oppkalt etter han.

After the removal of the Temple Bar Gate on the Strand this memorial was built to mark the location of the western entrance to the City of London. It was designed by Horace Jones and features a dragon on top and statues of Queen Victoria and the Prince of Wales on the sides.

One of three on this road, this one is half way down the road. They are all about 2 meters wide.

The statues are by Henry Poole (1873-1928) and were one of several that adorned the offices of the United Kingdom Provident Institution that formerly stood on this site.

Martello Tower (DU005-033) No. 10 on Shenick's Island, inside a promontory fort (DU005-116), 1km east of the north Dublin coastline protecting the strand at Skerries, Fingal.  Red Island Martello Tower No. 11 (DU005-018) visible 1.6km to the NW,  Drumanagh Martello Tower No. 9 (DU008-006003) stands 3.7km to the south. One of 12 ordnance towers constructed to the north of Dublin Bay in 1804 by Colonel Benjamin Fisher of the Royal Engineers in order to defend the Dublin coastline from a French Naval invasion during the Napoleonic Wars (1803-15). Two storey high circular shaped rubble built tower covered with a lime render. Tower was entered through a 1st floor doorway on the landward side accessed by an external ladder protected by a projecting machicolation.  The gun platform supported a 24-pounder cannon enclosed by a parapet wall carried on a cut stone string course. La scultura celebra Emilio Lussu (Armungia 1890 – Roma 1975), gigante della storia e della letteratura. Il modello restituisce la dualità tra il soldato della Brigata Sassari e l’autore che in Un anno sull'altipiano denunciò l'assurdità della guerra, trasformando il fango della trincea in coscienza civile e responsabilità etica.

L’istante di umanità
Sull'Altipiano, Lussu scorse un nemico in pausa caffè: in quel momento sospeso non vide un bersaglio, ma un uomo. Ripose l’arma. Non fu retorica, ma una scelta morale che riconosce nell'altro una vita. Un “Dimonios” autentico che scelse la responsabilità individuale sopra la disciplina militare, mostrando che il vero coraggio è pensare.

Mold with the image of a Woman

Montgomery "Monty" McQueen, better known as Lightning McQueen, is the main protagonist of Pixar's Cars franchise.

He is a famous race car who, by accident, involving the Delinquent Road Hazards purposely moving McQueen's hauler, Mack, into the rumble strips in which the resulting turbulence caused one of McQueen's bobbleheads and falling onto the trailer door, leading to McQueen to fall out of the truck. McQueen then ends up stranded until he crashes into a small desert town called Radiator Springs, which would significantly change him as a racer himself. While he was initially hesitant in being at the town itself, ultimately, the more he spends his time there, the humbler he gets with its residents.

He is Mater's best friend, Sally Carrera's boyfriend, and Doc Hudson's apprentice turned successor.

Methyl-CpG-binding protein (MBD) is a family of epigenetic gene regulators. This model highlights the main features in chains A, C, and D. The main protein has been highlighted in red, while the short DNA helix has been highlighted in blue. Chain A is the MBD protein domain, while C and D are each strands of complimentary DNA. MBD proteins recognize methylated CpG sites in DNA and regulate transcription by recruiting chromatin-modifying complexes. Interactions occur at the major groove of the DNA and at the DNA backbone. studies found that MBD proteins are less dependent on sequences neighbouring the methylated CpG than previously thought (Liu et al, 2018).

Alda Merini - La Poetessa dei Navigli

**Quintic Fermat CY3 Flux** is a computational 3D visualization of the classical Fermat quintic Calabi–Yau threefold, one of the most iconic spaces in string theory compactification. 
The original object is defined by the equation (x₀⁵ + x₁⁵ + x₂⁵ + x₃⁵ + x₄⁵ = 0) in complex projective space (CP⁴), with Hodge numbers (h^{1,1}=1) and (h^{2,1}=101). 
In this interpretation, the higher-dimensional manifold is translated into a readable 3D flux structure through the PAPP methodology, using multi-strand volumetric tubes to suggest internal resonance, connectivity, and curvature. Rather than claiming to be the literal manifold itself, this object acts as a geometric artifact inspired by the quintic’s role in mirror symmetry, enumerative geometry, and 10D→4D compactification physics.
