A butterfly is a flying insect with a small body and large, often colorful wings. Some gardeners plant specific flowers that attract butterflies. Butterflies are closely related to moths, which also have wings that are large in proportion to their bodies and antennae.

Did some 3D fanart of Sybil from Pseudoregalia! It's done in the unlit textureless look I sometimes do.

I had to make up some details I was too blind to understand lol. Decided to do this "butterfly shape with horns" pattern because butterflies are graceful and often used to represent changes in state symbolically.

Give the model a spin. Notice how it is spinning around a central point and that central point is not at the center of the model? A pivot fix is in order! Just double-click on the background (or press spacebar on PC) to center the model (or its bounding box, to be exact). Now spin it around again and see how the model is easier to explore.

If you want to center and zoom into different parts of the model (e.g., the butterflies), double-click on them and the pivot will be adjusted again.

This technique can be used both when you are setting up your model in the 3D Editor and when you are viewing models with misplaced pivots.

For Pro members and above, you can set the pivot by activating camera constraints and moving the gizmo where you want the pivot to be. Then click on Save View.

I'm not sure if blue monarch butterflies exist in reality, but they do exist in the Guild Wars 2 MMO near a particular strawberry patch.

Pupation is a stage in the life of an insect where it transforms from larva into an imago. One creature enters the cocoon, and a radically different one emerges from it. Such drastic change in the midst of life. Big risk that comes with being immobilised, slowly dissolved and rematerialised again. How does it feel? Do the memories and experiences of past life remain in the new body? Is the insect after moulting even the same as the one it was before? To me, this dilemma resembles the one of the ship of Theseus: a vessel which after leaving the port has been fixed and modified on its journey, until upon arriving at its destination none of the original parts remained, begging the question, has it remained the same thing or is it something new?</br>

The lid features a standing figure wearing an ornate headdress embellished with floral appliqués, butterflies, circular elements, and pendant fringes in yellow and green pigments. Snowtime Coal - Dandy's World

Butterflies have four wings covered in tiny scales that reflect light, creating vibrant patterns in colors like orange, yellow, blue, and black. These patterns can serve as camouflage or warning signals to predators. Their slender bodies are paired with long antennae and a coiled feeding tube called a proboscis, which they use to sip nectar from flowers.

They are commonly found in gardens, forests, and meadows, where they play an important role in pollination. Butterflies are often seen as symbols of change, beauty, and transformation due to their life cycle.

Gentle and fleeting, a butterfly adds a sense of lightness and wonder to the natural world.
