Im Juli 2015 wurden in Risch-Rotkreuz ZG ein Stosszahn und verschiedene weitere Knochenfragmente (rot markiert) eines adulten Mammutbullen entdeckt. Ausweislich zweier Radiokarbondatierungen gehören die Knochen an das Ende der letzten Eiszeit bzw. in die Zeit um 15‘000 v. Chr.<br>

Die abgebildete Uhr ist die älteste datierte Klappsonnenuhr aus Holz. Sie wird einem der bedeutendsten Instrumentenbauer seiner Zeit in Nürnberg zugeschrieben: Erhard Etzlaub.

**Kruseler Made in Nürnberg**

Ihren Namen haben die Kruseler Puppen von einer speziellen Damen-Haube. Diese wurde mit Rüschen aus mehreren Lagen aufwendig hergestellt und um 1400 in der Oberschicht getragen.

Die modisch gekleideten Püppchen gelten als erstes nachweisbares und in Serie gefertigtes Spielzeug im Mittelalter. Den Funden nach lag eines der größten europäischen Herstellungszentren in Nürnberg. Dass die Kruseler-Figuren im 14. Jahrhundert auftauchen, scheint kein Zufall zu sein. Produktneuheiten und technische Innovationen, wie die Verwendung von Modeln im Töpferhandwerk, kennzeichneten die Zeit vom 12. bis 15. Jahrhundert.

Umbreon is a mammalian Pokémon which has a sleek, black body with four slender legs and crimson eyes. It has two pairs of pointed teeth (one pair in each jaw) which are visible when its mouth is open. It has long, pointed ears and a bushy tail, each with a yellow band around them. Its forehead and legs have yellow rings on them.

Umbreon's evolution is the result of Eevee being exposed to the moonlight, which altered its genetic structure. Umbreon's yellow rings glow when it is excited, such as when it leaps to attack; or when exposed to the moon's aura, which fills it with a mysterious energy. Umbreon hunts at night and, as such, has well-developed eyes that can spot a prey even in darkness. Its black fur helps it blend into the night while waiting for the right moment to pounce. When it does, its rings emit a dim yet ominous glow, and it lunges for the prey's throat before eating.

Gjutning av mexikansk stenfigur. Originalfiguren finnes i Museum für Völkerkunde, Stuttgart. Den är förfärdigad av grönsten, förskriver sig från aztekisk tid och föreställer guden Quetzalcoatl. Detta blir emellertid först klart efter en ingående analys av de, symboler i hieroglyffigurer, som täcka den utsökt arbetade figuren. I sitt slag är den oöverträffad och hör till det bästa som bevarats av aztekisk religiös konst. Höjd 29,7, bredd 12,3 cm. Figuren har först presenterats av H. Fischer, "Eine altmexikanische Steinfigur" (Globus, LXXXV, 1904) och analyserats av Eduard Seler, "Das GrUnsteinidol des Stutt- garter Museums" (Gesammelte Abhandlungen, Band 3, sid. 392-40 Berlin 1908). The rifle slung on a strap is a single-barrelled, smoothbore, 12-gauge, percussion cap hunting weapon. The stock is made of sycamore wood and is hand carved. The carving depicts a dragon holding the edge of a stock in its mouth; nine teeth are visible. The banded part of the dragon’s body blends with the lock. In the 2nd half of the 19th century, the rifle was made, according to a factory pattern, by Wojciech Kułach, aka Wawrzyńcok, who was from Gliczarów. It was taken from a poacher named Bukowski-Tyrała from Kościelisko by the decision of the board managing the Zakopane estates of count Władysław Zamoyski. In 1931, the shotgun was purchased for the Tatra Museum from the collection of Marian Adam Liberak (1890–1931). He was a fan of folk art from Podhale, a journalist and forester, and a forest district manager in the Tatra Mountains in the 1920s.

The granary was built on burned posts. This offered protection against high water and harmful animals. This type of building is frequently found on prehistoric settlement sites and may have four or more posts.

Polaroid brand instant camera. The camera with ultrasonic controlled autofocus (Sonar System) has a 3 glass lens and a flash controlled by the automatic exposure. Various settings can be made on the back. On the left side there is a holder strap. The viewfinder showed the correct exposure even back then. The camera was built in the years 1986 to 1992. Made in UK.

The last coin of the Soviet Union (1991.5k)

Plaque from the 16th century with the depiction of the Dance of Death. The plaque cast in silver has 2 fastening pins on the back. 21x4 cm.

Between 1410 and 1425, a mural with originally 30 and today still 24 dancing couples was created in the abbey of La Chaise-Dieu. The Dance of Death is the representation of the influence and power of death that emerged in the 14th century. Death dances with everyone, whether king, knight, maid, clergyman or child.

Zwischen 1410 und 1425 entstand in der Abtei La Chaise-Dieu ein Wandgemälde mit ursprünglich 30 und heute noch 24 Tanzpaaren. Der Totentanz ist die im 14. Jahrhundert aufgekommene Darstellung des Einflusses und der Macht des Todes. Der Tod tanzt mit jeden, egal ob König, Ritter, Magd, Geistlichen oder Kind.

The construction of the church was initiated by Archduke Ferdinand Maximilian after the rescue of his brother Franz Joseph I (assassination attempt by Johann Libenyi on February 18, 1853).

Portal Votivkirche

Im Freilichtmuseum 'Keltendorf Mitterkirchen' wurde immer schon großer Wert auf eine aussergewöhnliche Innenausstattung der Gebäude gelegt. So finden sich in den Häusern immer wieder reichlich verzierte Möbel.

Eines der herausragendsten Stücke ist dieser Rundtisch mit Beinen in figürlicher Verzierung. Inspiriert durch die häufigen Darstellungen von Stieren in der hallstattzeitlichen Kunst, wurde auch hier das Motiv mittels prehistorischen Handwerksmitteln relativ frei umgesetzt.

In the open-air museum 'Keltendorf Mitterkirchen' it has always been very important to provide exceptional interior decoration for the buildings. Thus, you can always find richly decorated furniture in the houses.
One of the most outstanding pieces of this furniture, made according to Iron Age craftsmanship techniques, is this round table with legs in figural decoration. Inspired by the numerous representations of bulls in Hallstatt art, the motif was applied quiet freely here.

Mitterkirchen - Tisch

Die Völklinger Hütte ist ein 1873 gegründetes ehemaliges Eisenwerk in der saarländischen Stadt Völklingen. Es wurde 1986 stillgelegt.
1994 erhob die UNESCO die Roheisenerzeugung der Völklinger Hütte als erstes Industriedenkmal aus dem Zeitalter der Industrialisierung in den Rang eines Weltkulturerbes der Menschheit. 
Das Modell zeigt eine Befüllungsanlage eines der 6 Hochöfen.

The Völklingen Ironworks is a former ironworks founded in 1873 in the Saarland town of Völklingen. It was shut down in 1986.
In 1994, UNESCO elevated the Völklingen Ironworks' pig iron production to the rank of World Heritage Site of Humanity as the first industrial monument from the age of industrialization. 
The model shows a filling plant of one of the 6 blast furnaces.
