Description
Sunflower Phyllotaxis Ultra is a biomorphic “flux geometry” built from Vogel’s phyllotaxis model (optimal seed packing).
Seed centers follow the golden-angle spiral: θ = n·137.508° (= 360°/φ²) and r = c√n, then lifted onto a 3D parabolic bowl z = 0.015 r².
Each of the 1,200 seeds is connected to its 6 nearest neighbors (KDTree), but connections are not simple lines: every link is a volumetric Flux Tube composed of 6 twisted strands (twist rate 8) to create cable-like density.
Fibonacci spiral families become visible (21/34/55 …) as emergent structure.
This is a line-based OBJ (l primitives) with embedded vertex colors (emerald→cyan→gold index gradient), generated entirely by mathematics—no hand modeling. But i played with the hue for effect on this site.
Stats: 526,050 vertices / 505,008 edges, file ~31.5 MB.
